Took my phone here to get the camera lens replaced (it was shattered), he did a wonderful job. It’s been a few months now and it’s as if it was never replaced. Took about 30 minutes, I was in and out in no time!

Fixology is the only repair store I will take my Jewelry to! I’ve gone here 3 times with different but very special unique Gold Necklaces. Omar gives wonderful costumer service, he explained everything to me in detail, showed me how he’d make the repairs and went over pricing before fixing. I’ve only had to wait 1-2 hrs everytime, one time I came back late right when the mall closed, he had already closed the shop but once he saw me he immediately opened everything back up so I could pick up my necklace! ! He took something broken into pieces and put it all back together like brand new, he understood how much they meant to me they were completely fixed and cleaned! Thank you Fixology!

I took my playstation 4 to the store and they said they could fix it in a few days. They let me know that it was ready to be picked up so I went to to the store to pick it up. I get to the store and the guy plugs it in to show that it works and everything just for the thing to not work. He tells me now it’s not ready and he’ll have it fixed in a few days and gave me a number to call. I call and call again after days go by with little to no information on what’s wrong with my system so I decide to stop by to see if any progress has been made. There was a different guy there and I asked him about my system and he said he has no idea what’s wrong with it as the original worker was out on an emergency. I just called them 3 times today and still no answer. This is a terrible service and I would not recommend it to anyone I know.

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. Went in for a watch resize, was told it would be 10 minutes. Came back in 10 minutes, doors were locked & no one was in the store. We waited for 35 minutes until the mall closed & was forced to leave. So now we are missing the watch and have been unable to get in contact with anyone.

Took my watch for service the result was not aceptable took it back cause the service was defective and they told me to take it to a manufacturer didn't return not even part of my payment so the warranty they say they give for the job they didn't applied it I had four more ueara of warranty for their job on my expensive watch. They warranty their job for 5 years and that is a joke I paud hundreds of dollars for theor shi.. Job will never take my jewelry to their hands

Total scam artists. Left a phone for a 1 hour screen repair. 20 minutes later he didn't have a replacement. Went back in to take the phone elsewhere and he had totally shattered the screen. He refused to give the phone back and said it would be repaired in 2 days. Went back in and he wanted $129 cash to put on a new screen. Has to get a police officer involved to get the phone back after paying $26 '"for his time". After checking out the phone he had taken out the Sim card and kept it. Police had to get it back. Franklin Park Mall Toledo. DO NOT EVER GO THERE!!!

I would give a zero if I could. Came in with a cracked screen- the guy fixed both front and back, left with a phone that didn't work for wifi, bluetooth, or a back camera. He said to reset it and it should be fine. It's not. I've been back 3 times and even left my phone overnight. I have asked for a refund and he will not give it to me and literally said "You have no proof it was me". Yes- yes I do. Multiple people cheered after I broke the screen the first time and said it still works! After the first time getting "fixed" people were with me directly after and trying to reset network etc to fix wifi. Couldnt. I explained multiple times. The guy was absolutely horrible and terrible with customer service. Told me its a software problem and they need me to do a factory reset. No, it's not- everything worked before. I insisted that the only repair I asked for was my screen- no software, and instead my phone got worse and I am asking for a refund. I asked for a copy of their contract and policies and he said he "didn't have it." I asked for manager numbers, emails, etc and nothing. He would not and was so rude- a customer behind me asked "wait really they're not going to refund you?" I said, "No, he wont. I wouldn't trust them or go here." Immediately afterwards he THREATENED me and said, "And with that, you'll be treated a lot differently." Absolutely appalled. and Still fighting to get my refund. $386 for front and back screen to be replaced- and ended up with a broken phone. Went to apple and they did a diagnostic... what do you know- It's hardware not software- 2 cameras on the back, bluetooth, wifi, etc. They also said oh the front corner of your screen is off a bit- weird I just got that "fixed" 3 times.

Fixology did a nice job of replating my engagement ring. I also had my rings welded together. The actual work is impeccable and they took good care of my rings. However, they welded my wedding band in front of my engagement ring, which is not how I was wearing it. I am really disappointed that the way I wear it wasn’t considered. I know I didn’t say anything, but assumed this was common knowledge, that the band goes behind the engagement ring. They did offer to fix it, but I am nervous to damage my rings. The very kind person who did the work told me that I should just wear my ring this way, which I’m not happy about. It was a pricey service and while I appreciate the nice work, a big mistake was made.
