Worst banking experience I have ever encountered. Literally cannot pay my auto loan unless I mail them a check. They literally won't take my money and customer service is trash.

As soon as you walk through the door, you're blasted with the smell of awful BO and mold, it's almost unbearable to be inside. How the employees do it all day is beyond me.Carpet clean? Maybe air fresheners? or remove carpet? It's gross. Do better Fifth Third.
