This location has the rudest employees. Go anywhere but here. These jerks do not deserve your business. The woman behind the counter was just plain nasty. How is this lady employed anywhere in customer service? I hope they fire her.

A little short handed. I went there and there was 1 petite girl all by herself. I had to wait a while because she was taking care of a customer before me. Once it was my turn she was very friendly and helpful.

I understand they are shorthanded, but"Out to lunch back in 30 min."?? At least put a "Be back at...time on the door! When I suggested it after waiting 29 min, I get a blank look.

Ordered business cards in the morning to pick up in afternoon. Given specific time they’d be done. Here I am waiting for them still. I understand running solo is hard and I have sympathy, but why would you run a fed ex store with just one person? It’s a fed ex store.

I needed a large (24" x 36") print made of a custom image for my granddaughter's 16th birthday. I submitted the .jpg digital image (1200x1800 px) at 2:00 PM via their national online webpage and received a phone call from Matt at the local store at 4:45 PM that same day saying that the print was ready!!! Less than a 3-hour turnaround and the print was fabulous. The colors and printed quality were far and above my expectations. Mounted on a sturdy foam backer board, it is perfect for hanging in my granddaughter's bedroom. I will definitely use this service for ALL my large print needs in the future. Kudos to the staff at this location. They were friendly and seriously concerned about my needs and expectations.

What a difference when a place changes their afternoon/evening crew. Before, you were greeted by friendly professional people. Now...you are greeted with a slight attitude, as if your presence is somehow hindering them and don't want you there. And we have had no run-ins or arguments with anyone there. Keep in mind because of the virus, there are people out of work who would gladly fill your position if you are that miserable..

I was at this FedEx store last nite on Thursday. There were 2 people working One was a manager & a gentleman loading his van. I waited for quite sometime while the girl at the register was helping a customer who was trying to send an overnite out of the states. By the way she did not even end up sending this package go figure. I bet I was there over 20 mins. waiting By the time I got to the register I was told the last van just left & my package would not arrive until Sat or Monday. If I'm sending a package overnite I expect it there the next day! Instead of waiting on me the manager was doing everything else I would hope he would know if someone is looking to send an overnite & the last van is getting ready to leave that he would help out. Needless to say I went to UPS My package is to deliver 1st thing this morning I am very unhappy w/the service I received at FedEx & will use UPS from here on. Just got word that my package was received

This used to be a great location with great service and smiles. In the last 6 months or so, it's absolutely awful. I'll blame the new management. He has an attitude, makes no eye contact, no greet, nothing.

The service is very poor. The representative never told me that I have to fill paperwork for my shipment and off course my shipment stayed on hold for ever and every time I call Fedex no one has a clue what is going on.
