Every time I go to FedEx there is one person named Damon on Bancroft St. Who always has the time and patience to help me with whatever I need help for. I am so thankful that he works there.

I make regular orders from different Fedex office stores across the country for my business and I must say the service in this specific store , relatively to other Fedex stores, and objectively as a customer, is the worst. There isn't a task small enough that it isn't over their head. Simply a bunch if highly incompetent people!If you can - Stay away!

Carol from the Bancroft location was very rude. So rude to the point I had to ask her to stop yelling at me just because she’s “busy” and “frustrated.” I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. Thank goodness I had an employee present to get me her name to leave this review. I will not ever come to this location nor will I recommend since this wasn’t my first time running into issues with good service.

My item is already delayed which i understand. I expected to receive the package based on tracking info. I didn't go to work to get this item but i didn't get a notice from the driver who just left a door tag. That same day i put it on hold on a fedex location so i can just pick it up the following day per the tracking info. That next day they sent me a notice that it's delayed and now in another location further away from me. Per tracking info, it is delayed again for another 2 days. I called and told them i will pick it up wherever it is right now even if i have to drive far since it is an emergency package. Fedex said they won't allow me to pick it up. I am really upset. Package was in my area 3 times but never left it on fedex location close to me which i can just pick it up the following day. UPS will inform me the item is in their location where i can get it. Fedex don't care at all. I can tell their operation is totally moronic. They don't use their brains and just drag your items into further delays. Kudos to their management! It's overall, not just on one place. Totally not happy!

They don’t listen to details when sending out a package. Be careful they’ll have you package being delivered all wrong ??♂️ One of my packages was lost in the mail and I still haven’t heard anything
