I got my pedicure done today and it went fine other than the lady cutting my cuticle too short to the point it hurt. But my real issue is with the random white lady who works here that came up to me and said this… I asked her and a man about their policy when it came to messing up nail polish after a service. Background: EVERY PLACE that I have gone to prior to this place has a policy that within 24-72 hours if you mess up your polish you can come back and they will fix it for you. I ALWAYS get REGULAR polish and this has STILL been a thing. The rude lady says “there is no policy so don’t mess it up”… lady… don’t tell me what to do… maybe you should find better manners when talking to someone… customer lost, I have no interest coming back to a place that has a clown as a lady.

My mom and I got the traditional pedicure today and had such a great time! The environment was extremely clean and beautiful. The employees were kind and attentive! They made conversation, but not so much that me and my mom couldn’t have our own conversations!
I got gel (the green) and my mom got normal nail polish (the pink).
They also allowed me to hold my seven month old on my lap (I couldn’t find a sitter)! Great experience.

Had the worst experience ever and this was my second time there. First time I loved it. I got a traditional pedi with gel polish. Paid 80$ total. Not sure what the man’s name was but he was very rough and it took him maybe 25 minutes tops to complete the entire session . He was rubbing the skin on the sides of my feet and rubbed the skin raw. I didn’t notice my feeling were bleeding until we left and it was bleeding through my socks. My feet look and feel very dry and my toe nails aren’t trimmed or shaped well. I did take some pictures. I was there yesterday on Wednesday 6/19. Me and my friend had a 430pm appointment , both pedis. Again not sure what his name is , but he was sitting next to the lady named kyle.

Some of the staff is terrible, some are nice I love Helen she is so sweet and nice. Does work very well. All the staff don't do the same work. Prices are sky high never can come out of there spending 100 or less
Requested style: Requesting someone online was not so good the first time. I haven't been in a while bit I booked with Helen because I feel she is the best one there n really fast but take her time. I selected Helen n they gave her so someone else I showed them that and they didn't correct it or make it better. They told me next time put her name in the comment what's the point of selecting the person u request so I may not be going back.

Charge $80 for dip with tip I paid $57 two weeks ago for the same thing. Nails don’t look with $80. The girl that did my nails was not very nice and she cut my cuticles on 3 fingers and made them bleed.
I have been going here 3 years and this is my worst experience

Paid $210 for two full sets and my daughter to get a BASIC pedi. I didn’t even get a pedi. Only for my nails to break not even a week later!!!!!!!!

Lots of great experienced nail techs. I love coming here for pedicures. Everyone is trained well and they are super accommodating with walk-ins. They also have the best massage chairs in town!Services: Foot massages

I've never had acrylic nails before, and Jason was super kind while doing them EXACTLY the way I wanted, and Mui was so funny and did my pedicure greatly as well! I'll DEFINITELY be back!!

I don't know the girl who did mine, but I need to find out once I go back because this was my VERY first time getting my nails done and damn did she do fantastic job!!!??? Lovely even after two weeks! I slam my hands into machines and other things like chores and these nails hold on better than my mental health! Absolutely wonderful!

I walked in today and was able to get right in for a full set and pedicure. Amira did a really good job. I'll definitely go back and have her do my nails in the future. Great job!!

I used to love this place. Now the prices are ridiculous and the quality is terrible. I went in to get a manicure and they started by using a dremel on my natural nails to take off my cuticles, then proceeded to use the dremel across all of my nail bases. The guy went over with a cuticle cutter to get what he couldnt with the dremel and he cut me. It wouldnt stop bleeding. It has been 5 days and my gel polish is peeling off. Any other time i got a manicure , my hands are soaked and my cuticles are pushed back and cut with a cutter. Also, when the guy shaped my nails at Bonjour, he used a very rough grit file on my natural nail. I was in and out in 20 min. And it cost me $50. I usually tip very well but this was such a terrible job that i only tipped $5. I almost didnt leave a tip. I wouldnt reccomend this place to anyone or take my friends here ever again!Service: Manicure
