Amazing customer service! Thank you Mike!I replaced the carriage belt on our Designjet 500 plotter. Once I put the plotter back together, I kept getting an error code regarding the 3 different printheads. After reseating them a few times and cleaning them, the errors went away on 2 of the printheads but the yellow printhead still had issues. I called Mike to order another printhead and told him my story. He suggested that I trim about 1/32 of an inch of my carriage ribbons... IT WORKED!What great customer service. Rather than selling me a printhead, he wanted to understand my problem, and then he gave me a solution over the phone! I didn't purchase anything at the store, but Erie Ink has a future customer!

Working at the front desk of a hotel, we use a lot of paper, which means our printers need to be on top of it; Chuck and Tanner are amazing! From checking on us, to fixing our problems as promptly as possible, they are definitely worth the call and visit :)

Basically the Jimmy Johns of the printer world. Their delivery for printer ink is freaky fast. All the reps we do business with (Chuck, Mike and Karen) are very polite, personable and professional. We will continue to be doing business with them for the foreseeable future.

Exceptional customer service! Tanner and Chuck helped me navigate our printing needs for our packaging and resolved some issues with an older model wide-format printer we use in our office. Erie Ink is trustworthy and I will be using them again in the future.

From the time they answered the phone on my initial call, I knew I was working with a team that cares. Chuck was as friendly and helpful (and more) as anyone I have have worked with. I was rest assured that there would be no cost for me to bring my HP M477 in for a look...no bench fee. The next day, I brought my printer in and Mike was very thorough, going over what it would cost me to have it fixed and offered alternatives. I will report back after it is all said and done, but I wanted to let you know what my first impression was. Thanks guys.

Called ahead to let them know what was going on with printer. Told me to drop it off next day, so I did. They called me the following day ,found out what was wrong. Gave their recommendation and that was that! Fast service and straight to the point! Thanks Chuck!!

I’m so glad I stopped into Erie Ink after talking to chuck on the phone. I called with a few questions and by the end of the day I was setup with all the supplies I needed to get my printer up and running. Thank you to everyone at Erie Ink.
