“We were on vacation and my fiance's phone got dropped in a river for half an hour. Once we finally found it, it wouldn't turn on, wouldn't charge, nothing. It was a couple days before we got home and were able to take it anywhere. Given how fast water damage can ruin electronics, we assumed it was done for. But we hoped we'd at least be able to get some data off that hadn't been backed up. Not only did these guys get it to the point where we could get the data off, but the phone now turns on and works as it should! It may not work forever (because we let it sit too long before we brought it in) but we were able to recover everything we needed to! I will definitely be bringing any broken electronics here in the future”
