I love dollar tree but if the cashier rings something up twice shouldn’t I get my money back… I was told to get another item. I didn’t need two, I only needed one, which is what I picked up. I’m highly disappointed in the customer service on this visit. How can you expect people to return if the customer service is terrible.Heads up, watch as the cashier ring you up because it’s their error but they won’t return your money, you have to get another piece of merchandise. I’m glad I learned this, target and dollar general a dollar section.

This Dollar Tree is by far the worst ever. I needed a few things for Jeep Fest weekend. And the phrase 'old mother hubbard, the cupboard is bare' applies at this Dollar Tree. They had nothing. It smelled of urine and mold and musty. I heard a woman asking about the bathroom and someone said it worse than a porta potty. That is scary. Couldn't find anything. Nothing was in any sort of plan or organization. Just kind of 'put' on shelves, no theme of where things should be. Other Dollar Trees are organized, this one must have missed that memo. They had 1 register open while the other gal that was working was standing up front playing on her cell phone. There were 9 people in line and then finally she said 'I can help the next one in line' real snooty like. This was Friday afternoon on August 4th about 2/3 pm ish. The entry way isn't all that safe, the carts were dirty inside, all sticky and gross - someone inside needs to wipe them... if they aren't gonna do a register they can at least wipe the card handles. Do something since you are paid to be there! The one gal's short were so short, why wear a pair of shorts at all? And her nails were so long, OMG!!! how can you even work with nails that long, not professional in my opinion - but maybe she was working at Dollar Tree to make $ for her other job. Who knows. But this is by far a horrible Dollar Tree. I only went to this one cuz it was on the way home, next time I will go out of my way to the one on Laskey Road. This one the staff needs training in service, attitude, professionalism (retail yeh, but still), and how to make a store presentable. Take pride for petes sake in your workplace - this store needs ALOT of help.
