Discount tire has the best prices, warranty and decent service. There's no place in the Toledo area that even comes close. However on this last visit, they sent my car out with only four out of five lug nuts and didn't say anything to me about it. I noticed a lug nut sitting on my dash in front of my steering wheel. Turns out that the threads were a little bit messed up but repairable on one of the studs. In stead of attempting to fix it, replace it or even notify me about it, they just put the hub cap on and sent it on its way. I know they're busy but besides the liability issues, that just seems lazy.

Went in to have my tire looked at. Ended up getting a new set. Was quoted one time they came back quarter another time ended up spending over two hours waiting on tires to get replaced. Meanwhile, I watched three people come in after me that did not have an appointment that left well over half an hour prior to me.

Been coming here for a few years. Bought sets of tires for my 2 vehicles and a spare. Recently I brought in a flat tire that just needed to be plugged up and ended up waiting an hour and a half before coming up to the receptionist who then immediately got it serviced. I've seen guys walk by my tire that sat on the floor in the garage the entire time and I can't understand why they serviced the customers that came in after me. The service was finished half hour late. Thankfully I didn't have to pay for it anyway.

Today I called to get in to get my tires rotated and balanced. I got an appointment on the same day. It was at 11am and I was out by 11:25. The customer service has always been good but today was excellent. The communication and service was GREAT and much appreciated. In times past, the service I got today would have been at least an hour and very little conversation. I don't know if management has changed but today was EXCELLENT. Thank you so much.

We were facing a very difficult situation with our life stock trailer today. It seemed there was very few options for tires to replace our old worn tires and we needed to transport animals. Michael was very attentive to our needs and found tires that would fit our trailer in a very timely manner. He was very attentive to our needs, and genuinely seemed to care.

This location has gone so far down hill. Management doesn't want to stand behind there warranty and want to start arguments with the customer. I called and ask to bring in my tires to have mounted they said "our lot is empty" came on in when I got therefore computer and phones were down said we can't do anything for you I was quoted 25.00 to mount and balance. Manager I was talking to said he wouldn't mount my tire for that but I have had 6 others mounted at the dame location for that price...I willnever do any business with this location ever again just a bunch of hacks get a real job.
