I am a long time customer and have always been pleased with this unique establishment! Friendly staff, customer service, wide selection of quality merchandise and reasonable cost. Today I came to pick up a repaired bracelet that was made for my wife from an idea I had for my wife’s birthday. After many years a small repair was needed. It was a hot day and I was offered a cold bottled water as my repaired piece was retrieved. Nominal repair price and an offer to clean my own wedding band (complimentary) while we talked. Thanks again! My wife will be pleased to wear her special bracelet! I have always recommended you to friends and family.

I came to the store with a stockpile of old jewelry. I had questions about many pieces. Some rings needed to be resized. Some pieces needed cleaning and checked for loose stones. And, I ended up buying an enhancement to a coin necklace. Charlotte was so patient with me. She did a real good job of explaining things to me. It was a good experience.

Visiting David Fairclough Fine Jewelers has always been a great experience, but Jami made it that much better. Jami was such a pleasure to work with! She was great with helping me find the perfect ring to have my grandmother’s diamond set in for my upcoming wedding! I have been a customer of David Fairclough since approximately 2008 when I brought a ring in to have it resized. I have also brought in several pieces of jewelry that belonged to my grandmother for repairs that were all handled with the care I would expect. I’ve always had a pleasant experience any time I’ve come in. I have and will continue to recommend David Fairclough any time anyone has a jewelry need!

Jami, the woman that helped me find the perfect ring to propose to my wife to be, (she said yes and we are now engaged) was extremely professional and patient with me. Jami went through over a good 30 different rings with me informing me on different styles, materials and gems, describing all the eye catching details and explaining the pros and cons to the different rings. She made great recommendations on ring that all suited the look/ style I was trying to achieve. Thank you so much Jami for all your help and professionalism, you help me make my dreams come true!
