Received my first dose for hepatitis B at this location. I went back to get my second dose 1 month later and was told that the standard protocol is that the 2nd dose is given 2 months after the 1st dose and I was refused service. I looked up more information and according to the CDC and numerous other sources this information is incorrect. Regardless of the type administered it is recommended 4 weeks or 1 month after the 1st dose in the series. Would love to understand and learn more about this decision but no explanation was given to help me understand why I could not receive my 2nd dose on time. I went to Kroger and the staff agreed that 1 month after the 1st dose was in fact correct and gladly assisted me. Not sure why a pharmacy can’t answer these basic questions but I’d go somewhere else!

Drive thru wait time.is at least 45-60 minutes at any given time. Customer service could definitely be better.

I took my senior father to the pharmacy for the Covid vaccine. It was easy to schedule online, the store was clean, it was easy to access with mobility issues and the staff was kind.

The Pharmacist here tonight was so rude . My son meds were semt here and the script was supoosed to be ready at 750pm. I arrive at 751pm. She told me the Pharmacy would not have it ready because they are two hours behind and I cant get the meds tomorrow. This Phamacy is rude and literally shut the window on us. Use a different location. This place is a joke.

They have thee WORSE customer service at this location. Mainly the pharmacy technician name Morgan. She’s extremely rude and there has been numerous times Morgan has stood at the register holding a heavy conversation with with a customer and there was a line waiting. I just left this location and once again I had another problem with this same employee. She stood there holding a personal conversation with a customer and there were 4 people waiting in line (including myself) Other customers were complaining about the wait as well. By the time I got to the register, and she input my information she said that my prescriptions were ready and that the pharmacist still needed to count them. I got a notification at 4:45pm letting me know that my script was ready for pick up but I didn’t arrive to the cvs until 5:30. So I’m confused at how they sent out the notification saying That it is ready when it really isn’t. This is like the seventh time this has happened. So while I’m waiting for the pharmacist to count my Pills, She calls at the next customer at the register beside me. Long story short, she had a hard time finding the ladies prescription But while she was looking the pharmacist set my bag Of medication on top of the counter behind the reg And told her that I was all set. She continued looking for this other ladies prescription When she did find it She walked right by mine And proceeded to check the lady out, but The computers were running so slow that it took another five-6 minutes For her to finish, checking this. This entire time I’m asking her to just hand me My bag. She began to get an attitude about it And had a smirk on her face. She began to start up another conversation about the weather Wow, my back is still just sitting there. At this point, she was trying to be A dick about it, finally once She finished with the lady she started For my bag, and instead of handing it to me, she held onto it while she plugged at the screen even with me telling her I don’t want a receipt nor a bag. Her attitude STINKS and she’s very unprofessional! I called corporate and reported her. Even tho I have had a bad experience several times with a couple other employees in the pharmacy department there, the black lady and the actual pharmacist are sweethearts. They knew she was on some bs too and they were looking at me shaking there head out of embarrassment of their co-worker! She doesn’t even put ur change in ur hand, she set it on the counter or toss ur bag of prescriptions on the counter. I’m sick of that cvs. The computers run soooo dam slow and there’s always flies flying around inside of this location

The young lady at the register is rude and not friendly! On her phone when customers are waiting and an over all negative attitude, Riley is the name on tag, a customer service training course for her is necessary!

Between the limited hours having 2 hrs taken away for employee lunches, long waits and having to re-request prescriptions that were called in by doctors and poor customer service... this place is very difficult to work with.Most recent issue was my son going to pick up his Rx and they had incorrect information. Rather than updater it, they turned him and my husband away. Call to attempt to give the updated information and they say to come in. Why did you not do this when they were there?? So unprofessional. Gave 2 stars for their reminder texts.Why is it so hard to find a good pharmacy??
