They lied to you they are overpriced and he will sit there for hours when he try to get a phone half the staff don’t know what the hell they’re doing. I will be switching carriers.

I don't normally leave reviews, but after spending $260 and getting treated like a criminal, I had to say something. On a Sunday afternoon after getting off of work my husband and I decided that we were going in to cricket wireless on Lewis avenue. There was a young lady behind the counter and a young man sitting at the end. First of all she didn't greet us but that's fine because she did have a customer with her so be it. But when she was done with the customer she took her sweet time approaching us to see what we needed. My husband and I work at chrysler. We make enough money to get by especially enough to buy a couple cell phones. I don't know if it was my husband's head to toe tattoos, or my Mexican skin tone that this girl was just rub the wrong way by us. I'm in my mid-40s college educated and have four children probably around this young lady's age. So I have lots of patience. This girl was so rude and snappy and just all in all not fit for public service. It was such an unpleasant experience. She paid more attention to the boyfriend at the end of the counter. After spending $260 I felt nothing but regret. And that's a shame because I was with cricket then revel then back to cricket again. And yes for a short period of time I was going through the lifeline program when I divorced my ex-husband. I tried to show her the account numbers so that she could Port our number from our old account to the new one and she threw my husband's phone back at me and said what is this in such a nasty voice. This is not the information that I need, you need to call q Link wireless. So I did I sat on hold for about a good 35 to 40 minutes then was on the phone for another 25 minutes or so trying to get the guy to give me my account number and when he realized what I was looking for he said ma'am it's on the web page in your account and the profile section. The same exact page that I showed her and she threw the phone at me and said wasn't the correct information. This girl should not be in customer service. This experience was awful. She even tried to accuse my husband of trying to steal some iPhone that was chained and bolted to the table LOL. My husband is so not tech savvy. I have to do most of online things for him and computer work. He knows the basic fundamentals of texting and talking and searching but that's about it. I would like to give this place five stars because I love their service. I would give them five stars all day long. But I had to give one star and I didn't even want to give that to the person working behind the counter on a Sunday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. with nothing going on except for that I interrupted her boyfriend girlfriend time. I won't go back to that store and I will urge others to stay away as well. Such a shame such a pretty girl, messed with nothing but bitterness disrespect and entitlement. She even had the nerve to text her boyfriend back and forth either making fun of me or being annoyed by me. She is the rudest person I have encountered and quite some time and I work in a factory of 95% men. I feel like such a sucker because I paid $260 to get treated like crap LOL. She didn't tell me anything about the phones. Scoffed when I told her that we wanted the free phones. Just treated us like we were poor pathetic garbage. I asked her to see if she had cases for the cell phones because we didn't want to break them at work and she could have cared less. She tried on a couple of them for me and just said no they don't fit. I just left it at that. I was nothing more than a bother to her on her Sunday afternoon with her boyfriend. A waste of her time. And I'm calling her boss in the morning.

Alyssa was amazing! I honestly have never gotten such AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! THIS BY FAR THE BEST LOCATION!! She took her time and helped me with everything! She was honestly the most helpful person! THANK YOU ?

Jamar was amazing. So considerate and friendly and very knowledgeable about products and plans for my family member. Was able to save us on the monthly fee and my family member received a free phone. Took time to go through plans, transfer contacts and photos, set up the accounts and everything. So very helpful a great asset to this company! Thank you so much for making this such a seamless process!

On Aug 6th I came in with a broken Cricket phone and Jamar helped me pick out and buy a new one. He really knew his business! He was GREAT! My friend Judy Stone who was with me and is also a Toledo Cricket customer thought Jamar was a BIG help also. Thanks for everything Jamar!

Kaylyn was awesome. I had read the reviews before and didn't know it was her until I was about to leave and asked her. She was very friendly, professional and helpful. Told her what I was looking for and she helped me find what I was looking for and I even came in $50 under my budget! Check out was easy and fast. Over all best experience I've ever had in a phone store!
