Let's talk about a florist who truly went above and beyond. We called a couple of weeks ago for a funeral coming up in a couple of days. The visitation was Friday @ 3p and we relayed that - Craig's said that they would have it there on time. Fast forward to Thursday afternoon, we got a call at 3:30p asking where we were (we had the WRONG DAY) for the visitation. To our surprise, when we arrived to offer our respect to the family, we were ecstatic to see that Craig's had not only come through with a MOST BEAUTIFUL bouquet, but they did so, despite the bad information that we had provided for them. THANK YOU, for saving face for us.

Never again. My order was 3 days late. I was also promised a upgrade the first day when they said they will not make the delivery time. It wad going to be delivered the next day. Three days later the flowers are delivered. No upgrade. The flowers were wilting already. A complete waste of time and money!! Never again!

I can't even say how happy I am with giving these folks a try! Great flowers! Fantastic job on presentation! (I added roses to another arrangement they had on display so, I didn't get to see it before I left the shop..which, was very cozy and had a nice, homely atmosphere about it) They arrived very quickly to the delivery location (less than 2hrs later) IN ONE Beautiful PIECE! Again, I can't speak highly enough and this will be the only place I go to from here on out! Did I mention the price??...nothing short of AMAZING!!!
