I had my first visit to the clinic today. I made the appointment a week ago and I thought that was pretty quick as my cat was not an emergency and was a new "patient ". Everything about the visit was great! The staff and the vet very nice and professional. We were in and out in a timely manner without feeling rushed. The charges were extremely reasonable, especially when compared to my old vet. I plan on bringing all 4 of my cats here in the future!! Even though I live 45 minutes away...well worth the drive!

Our Rottweiler started limping last Sunday after sustaining some injury.. we took her in that Wednesday to be seen. The vet felt her knee for about 3 minutes and said she thought it was a torn ACL for dogs (there's an animal term for it but I don't remember it).. then she told us she wanted to do an x ray to check for the tear but didn't have time to do it that day. They KNEW what the injury was so why would they have us come in at a time when they couldn't do a full exam that was needed? I'll tell you why, because they wanted to be able to charge us for another visit. Also, I found out later that an x ray wouldn't even show a tear. So that was gonna be a complete waste of my money. We called later on Wednesday to complain about the situation and their answer was "Well you can take your dog somewhere else".. So that's exactly what we did. We ended up canceling our care there and took our dog to Midway Animal Hospital in Bowling Green. They were AMAZING and MUCH BETTER care. Very informative and were the ones that told me an x ray wouldn't show a tear. That is an MRI for that, but they thought it was too early to do that. Best bet is to wait and see if the dog heals on her own. That is the difference between a vet that actually wants to give you the best care they can and one that just wants your money. Will NEVER recommend Community Pet Care to ANYONE.

The staff took very good care of my cat, Mew. If this wonderful place didn’t exist we wouldn’t have been able to afford the surgery to remove her tumor. I hope and pray this place remains open. You help so many. Thank you so much! ??

We've been going to them for about 6 years now. They're amazing and I'll never take my pets anywhere else. We lost our dog last year and they sent a very thoughtful card with personal notes from the entire staff. It was the most awesome thing anyone could've done for us during such a hard time. Now we have a new puppy and they have been great at getting all his shots taken care of. I couldn't ask for a better vet for my lil buddy!!

They were very friendly and affordable. They recognized Boomers old doctor. Boomer trusted these people and so did I. Thank you.

Absolutely love CPCC & all of the vet techs & doctors. They are so sweet and loving to all of our babies, and extremely affordable as far as vets go. 1000/10, my cats don’t even mind coming here because they are treated like royalty. We love every vet tech but we especially love Aubree who spoils the babies with her sweet love & kindness.

We took our cat in 7 days ago and they said it was fleas. We never were offered bloodwork or anything. They gave him antibiotics and a flea medication and we had to take him back within a weeks time. They ended putting him down on the 7th day.
They have you text them instead of call them.
I would not recommend this service as they do not know what they are doing.

Went through HELL at Perrysburg Animal Hospital. Transitioned to Community Pet Care Clinic and received excellent service at a great price.

Always so kind and patient! Easy to contact about pets and quick responses. Really appreciate this office so much. Would recommend to anyone looking!!!
I can never say enough good things about this vet! They went above and beyond for my dog who doesn't do well at the vet at all. They totally modified his whole visit to match what is best for him --and for me. I was just as anxious as he was! I left feeling like we actually mattered and that the next vet appointment won't be nearly as stressful for him or for me. Thats something you can't put a price on- even so their price is always reasonable anyway!
Seriously thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you guys do!

New patient appointment. I was running late getting off work getting my cat and getting to my appointment. I was 20 min late but they did not understand at all. Was very cold about it. No understanding or empathy. They almost kept my deposit. People have full time jobs we are trying our best. Vets like this put profits over patients.

They always take good care of my pup when I bring her in. We've been going here for about 5 years.
