I Came in today to open a business account. I needed a deposit account for my online business. Citizens bank sent me a letter in the mail, asking me to do business with them and invited me into the branch. So this afternoon, when things settled down, I decided to head in. When I entered the building, there was no one on the floor, only tellers behind the glass. I hung out by one of the desks for a minute because it seemed cluttered so I figured someone might be returning to it but no.. I asked one of the tellers, the one working at the far end, if there were someone that I could talk to at a desk. She’s sarcastically snapped “ We’re all back here now. What do you need?” I explained that I needed a new business account. She replied “oh noooo, its too late in the day for that… your gonna have to make an appointment and come back.” I just thought to myself, Man, if this is how they treat their customers, and new business… why would I want to put my money here? I wouldn’t allow this behavior from my own employees, I certainly wouldn’t want to bank somewhere that doesn’t value me or my business. This woman didnt seem to care about anything hut the timeclock. I Admit, it was about 3:50 and apparently they close at four. I didnt know this when i walked in, i presumed they were open till 5-5:30 like my credit union. But, I’m pretty sure we could’ve been in and out in 15 minutes. New business is my bread and butter and I don’t know many businesses that can survive in today’s world without being customer-centric. Citizens Bank needs to get it together Or maybe check on there staff that was working Monday, March 3, 2025 At 3:50 PM at the byrne road location. I had on a blue hoodie, blue jeans, and a black polo with my company Logo on it. Wouldn’t think I was a business owner from looking at me, but I like that. I talked to the Hispanic woman at the tell her window furthest from the door. Anyhow, thought I’d write this review On my way to the competition. DO NOT BANK HERE!!! DO NOT BANK HERE!!!!! Should have checked the reviews before joining this HORRIBLE bank. Most condescending person I have ever spoken to, Linda, just an all around terrible person with not an ounce of empathy throughout 3 interactions. This trash bank is holding my paycheck hostage. It will be a week tomorrow. 6 days of no paycheck because the back is "verifying the funds" from a VERIFIED BUSINESS CHECK. No one at the bank cares at all. No one. Supervision didn't call me back after I put 3 requests in to talk with a supervisor. I will take the crummy little $300 they offered me to start the account and CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT. DO NOT BANK HERE IF ITS THE LAST BANK ON EARTH!!!

Jada here is helpful , friendly ! She helped me update my beneficiary on my accounts. however, it is puzzling that I could not receive copies of the papers I signed to change my beneficiaries.Also ,we checked into my the citizens Bank app .they cannot show my business account on the app along with my personal accounts . I do know that IT people are smart, capable . they know how to do things like that. but apparently citizens Bank does not consider it a

This branch it’s the worst out of the absolute worst there. 3 out of 3 people I spoke with yesterday were rude, time wasters and extremely condescending. The branch manager is loud and condescending, extremely rude in my opinion. If she is the best person fit for the job in this branch I feel bad for the people that have to put up with her attitude. I wasn’t able to get the help I needed in person. I was told I may have to speak with the manager after this banker wasted a whole hour out my day while I had my 2 kids sitting by my side and she did nothing for me. When I finally spoke with the manager she took no accountability for the poor job the other banker did and then she went on and explained things to me in a loud, erratic tone. At one point she was yelling at me. Her attitude is appalling to me. She disgusted me so much that I told her I no longer want her assistance, that I’ll go to another branch but honestly I’m just going to close out my account, not that it matters to her or anyone at citizens but I can’t bank with rude people who will go out of the way to delay the process and offer no immediate assistance when needed while taking pleasure doing so. If you want my opinion, go somewhere else, any other branch can do better.

The branch has a good specialist, Juan, who knows how to quickly open accounts for foreigners (in particular for Ukrainians and Russians). Juan practiced for us))))). Unfortunately, this bank does not provide security credit cards.

Went to this Centrally located branch to notarize my vehicle title... found an awesome manager..who treated me very well. I must admit that not all People with Notary public license are good. Some will reject you because they believe that you have no bank account with them.But this awesome woman didn't even ask me if I had an account with them.This woman really deserve an Award.

I just opened a new account the previous night and stopped to deposit a check. I should have checked the closing time first as I arrived a few minutes after close. However, the staff still had a computer open and graciously invited me in to do my deposit. As a former bank employee, I know plenty of time is spent after close getting everything in line from the day's business. I greatly appreciate these folks bending over backwards to help me despite arriving late. Great customer service and an awesome first experience as a new customer! Thank you everyone!

I always go to this branch. The service is great. The staff is knowledgeable. The manager knows her stuff. I never have any issues that are not resolved before I leave. Very happy customer. Working in customer service. I do know how rude people really are, they need to leave their attitude in the car, not bring it into the business!! Very satisfied customer.

Disclaimer: This review is moreso about the "service" I received on the phone, if you can call it that.The past two times I've called them, it has taken over 30 minutes to talk to a real person. Ridiculous. I get that covid-19 has taken a toll on the company. But 30 minutes is too long.
