I called to see if the air compressor for tires was working. They said yes. I goto the station and put in the 2 dollars, go to fill my tire and it's not working. Instead, it let's a bunch of air out of my tire.I tell the manager and she says....it's been out of order for 4 days. No sign on the air station, nothing. She didn't even offer a refund. But she did say she had been with the company for decades. Big deal. You are still terrible at customer service.Never go there again

Martha is very rude and nasty to customers. I will not be shopping at this location anymore. She treats regulars like dirt. She obviously hates her job

This is truly maddening & frustrating!I'm finding it hard to even navigate this page, let alone leave a review, or file a complaint.1) i:ve been coming to Circle K since it was "Sterling" way back when. Many of the early clerks are still there: Martha, Craig, Bradley & Robin are great. Veronica is new (to me,) but very polite & professional. Alecia is wonderful., too.Jen, however, is a "bad egg."Sorry to say, but she's a reason to avoid your store at certain times. The one (store) over on Tremainsville is less than 15 min. away, (walking) but we have to traverse a mini ghetto to get there. (I'm talking people cat-calling women & bumming cigarettes & spare change). So, the Secor Rd. Store is preferred, but troublesome when busy. (not your fault, but it's the way of the world, currently. Irate customers, drunks, users, & cops called to domestic quarrels.)Secor Rd. (Store #470 5639) is the place. (Thee place.)Unless Jen is working: She is irritable, curt, slovenly, lazy, argumentative & slow. The 1st night I met her, I said, "you're new" what's you're name?" She told me she just came off a 10 or 12 year medical leave after faking an injury at her last job. She told me she was goofing around with a co-worker & fell, so she got Worker's Comp. She said, "I got tired of sitting around & came back to work."Every time she's working, something is "down," or "broken," or "not in service." (Especially the coffee.)As soon as she punches in, she drains all coffee machines (all at once!) so no one can buy coffee for at least 20 min.(I once asked her, "How long before I can buy coffee?' She shrugged & said "20 minutes, an hour, I don't know: however long it takes."(Now, I feel for Jen; the third shift clerk, when working alone, has many tasks to perform in a short time,, especially with heavy customer traffic. But why shut down every single coffee machine, when you can leave one running to serve random customers?)Also, & this is not jens fault, I have had constant trouble & seen errors in the Sip n' Save program. Mainly, I've been charged $9.99 twice, in one month. And other times have not even been recognized by my (properly inserted) phone number.(At this point, I should tell you that I am legally blind & walk with a cane. I can barely read credit card machines & touch screens, so I often enlist the help of clerks to navigate the payment process.Tonight, (the straw that broke the camel's back,) the register took my sip n' save phone number, totally rejected it & charged me full price for the coffee. I noticed it immediately and waited for the clerk's attention. But it wasn't noticed by the clerk, (a new girl) because she was multitasking, helping 2 other gas & lotto customers. But wouldn't you know? Here comes Jen, seconds from walking out the door after hershift. She interrupts us while we're trying to discuss the due process. When I ask, "How can I undo this? Do I fill out a form, or talk to the mgr .tomorrow?"Jen serves as a distraction so neither one of us can talk ir be heard.I have tried to act calmly & rationally with Jen. I've even prayed for our clerk/customer relations to improve. But it's up to you.Aside from that, I have paid twice for a month of coffee, (July, Aug. or Sept) & tonight was charged $2.25 for coffee paid for already. Please help me. I live literally in your backyard and I rely on you for daily groceries, coffee and beer. I'm not looking for a refund: i'm just looking for fairness, & consistent good service.I would hate to see a person lose their job over a series of complaints. But I feel I have done my patron's duty in alerting you to the things that really give us headaches in our daily shopping experience.Thank you for your time. Sincerely ,Michael Moore

Night cashier is extremely rude, belittles and insults customers, clearly hates her job and acts as if customers are an inconvenience to her, which is hilarious considering its all self checkout. Always has a snarky comment or a glare to help you start your day. If you call to speak with a manager about it you are told that they "can't do anything because they weren't in the store at the time." Honestly not worth it, there are two Speedway stores within a mile of there that are 24 hours, just go to those places and save yourself the hassleEdited to add- if this had been a single occurrence I would've chalked it up to just a rough day at work, everyone has bad days. This has been an ongoing issue, with quite literally dozens of incidents over the course of months, always with the same person. The two weeks when she was on vacation were great, not a single issue during that time
