0 stars Honesty, the cashier had no clue what she was doing and couldn't help me out what's so ever. I keep Trying to call to see what is going on with my Transaction to the store and I can't make it through to talk to a manager. I have called two days in a row and still nothing. Very unhappy how everything went. I'll keep going back to the rt2 store. Thanks

What is going on here!?! This used to be the circle k to stop at, but not anymore!
Why is your pop machine always down?
Why has a box been sitting next to the grill for like 2 months?
Why has the old grill not been fixed yet?
Why can't anyone ever help when long lines are formed?
Edit: You put up the grill, did great for a couple months and now.... it's just back to its lazy usual. I like how the "owner" replies to those who give "good ratings" and don't care to talk to those who have actual issues? Just shut down.

I go to this circle k on our way out to the point place on the weekends and sometimes on the way back and I believe her name is Jennifer always greets us and if there's a food or drink item not out she goes to check for us! I have a very picky little guy so it's very much appreciated! Thanks ?

Zero stars even though I had to give at least 1 to post this review. Never again will I spend my money in this store. I will stick with speedway. Maybe try training people to actually have customer service skills. The cashier working around 7pm on January 15, 2024 in particular is gonna lose you so much business as he tells people who have never used your new uscan that they are being “violent”. Do better young man and don’t talk to customers like that. Once it registered what he had said to me I told him don’t talk to me like that and he attempted to refuse my service as my transaction was already in progress and he continued on his tirade towards me about “you people who don’t wanna use the uscan better get use to it cause that’s just how it is”…..poor poor people skills. Perhaps the company should go back to their employees actually having to work a register and keep their minds busy enough to where they aren’t attacking your customers.

WHY is there always multiple staff members behind the counter but only the self scan is available? & why does the staff have to help with EVERY self scan??? Self scan is supposed to be quick and efficient., not creating lines longer than the store! If it’s not quick and efficient, the staff should be checking people out at the actual registers instead of standing behind the counter staring at a long line of people?? If someone’s doing lottery, WHY is it at self scan and no one else can check out????? This has been going on for months now, y’all need to get it together fr.

I love this circle k, I love the customer service, pretty much everyone is super friendly. But your hours do not reflect when you’re actually open. You’re ALWAYS closed by 12:30 and never open by the time you say you’ll be. It’s extremely annoying.
