The overall experience was as one should expect of Chase bank. I only needed to use the ATM so it wasn't like I was expecting anything besides being able to use the ATM. The outside ATM had a long line but I ran inside to the open one, got out. Thanks, Chase!

Mckenzie, Crystal and Andrew always make my experience a pleasant one. They know what I'm there for as soon as I walk in the door and have me in and out quickly. With as busy as I am it's greatly appreciated. These 3 deserve a raise.

The worst back ever in the city, customer service sucks in this branch Andrew was not welcoming at all! i had a cash advance that he could have called and verified but yet that didn’t happen I don’t like to use the race card but if it had been someone else Im sure there would have not been and problems. They've made me wait 10 days for checks to clear. It's the third time theyve made me 10 days. Customer support said "the issuing bank won't let third parties verify checks". All three checks were business checks from employers

I’m winning in one day to cash a check that was under the cash limit With the right credentials, and they still wouldn’t cash it. I forgot my ID 30 minutes away and I came back the next day only for them to tell me that they couldn’t cash the check because it was over the limit of $2500 but the check was for $2400. I guarantee you is because I was black nothing more. If I was white, they would’ve helped me open the account maybe gave me some money that day Or give me more information instead they just turned me away with no explanation, but luckily the funds were available, and I was able to go to a different branch and retrieve the funds with no issues from a black teller. Bank where your celebrated not tolerated.

Don't bank here if you're black. They treat white people different than black. They don't help just excuses. I had a check UNDER the cash limit and they wouldn't help. It wasn't until I went to another chase branch and got help and they were able to cash my settlement check on the spot. The white women at this branch didn't believe black men/women make bank. they offered no assistance, no help just nothing. I guarantee you if I was white, they would’ve cashed my checks with no issues. horrible service.

COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE WITH JP MORGAN, THIS BANK, I WENT INTO TO GET HELP AND THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY ZERO HELP AT ALL WASTE OF TIME. THEY DEPOSITED A CHECK AGAIN AFTER I ALREADY DEPOSITED INTO ACCOUNT THAN HAPPEN TO GET CLOSED ON ME WENT INTO GET HELP THEY MADE IT MORE DIFFICULT THAN IT EVER SHOULDVE BEEN NOW ITS OVER A MONTH. THEY GAVE UP ON HELPING ME AN SAID HES DONE DEALING WITH THIS CASE AN DIRECTED ME TO SOMEONE ELSE AFTER A MONTH OF HIM SUPPOSE TO BE HELPING ME !!! Flat out disrespectful!! STILL NO MONEY! THEYRE CLUELESS AN NEED TO DO THERE JOB BETTER FLAT OUT WOULD NEVER RUN A BUSINESS/COMPANY WITH SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES!!!

August 2, I visited the branch on Secor, and was advised by a manager that a particular segment of my credit card statement could not be copied. Bank Teller (Mackenzie Reyes)overheard my conversation and stated she knew a was to satisfy my request. Kudos to Mackenzie for excellent customer service!!!

Tellers are friendly for the most part. Problem is withholding funds from a check. Told me a 2 week hold on a check despite the account the check is from having 200 times the amount of the check. Cashing a new check funds are only given if you have the money in your own account and typically not available for about 3 days or in my case 2 weeks. Disappointed how banks conduct themselves.
