Every worker in there had terrible customer service. Barely talks to the customer unless you approach them first.

Horrible place!!! Called before I came. Went in and they are talking a policy they they can’t even show!!!! Never heard of a pawn shop telling me I have to be logged into an iPad!!!! Proof of ownership is listed on my Apple account and hat it with me!!!! Never will I go here again first and last time!!!!

Brought in a fossil smart watch powered by Google, to get a loan until Wednesday. She didn't look my watch up to see the value of it, she said it's not a Samsung or Apple watch she didn't care, and refused to do business with me. Went around the corner to a different location and they did business with me with the same watch. They show no customer appreciation at. Do not even bother wasting your time with this location.

They no longer give a fair price for your items. Took a $800 touch screen desktop to loan they offered me $40. I paid a few thousand dollars when I bought it a few years ago.

Get there and they offer me a price on one of my items which was the cheaper of the two items i brought. After telling me a price one of them comes and tells her that its too high. Then on top of that after 15 mins in the place the place the printer goes down and they tell me that they cant process anything and tell me to try back later. Nice

They are rude. I called up there and the lady heard me and hung up. I'm in disbelief. I will be taking my money elsewhere. For example about a month ago I brought a ps4, and when I got home and tested it was horrible I guess you cant ask to much from a pawn shop smh
