Hats off to Scott. He's done it again! We just bought a new home with a basement in definite need of "re"-refinishing. Scott showed us a great option for carpet, then helped us with the overall design of the ceiling/walls based on his vast experience. From start to finish great experience. Scott gave great insight to help us have beautiful floors to fit our budget. This is the 2nd time working with this team and all though a true investment made it fun, and increase out home value as well as how it feels. Installation by Sean was amazing, his team was so thoughtful and helpful. Made for installation to be relatively simple considering we did the entire downstairs lol. They were truly detailed, personally I appreciated that they didn’t have an issue with our massive pup who occasionally getting out of the basement and “stealing”trim. Even with what we gave them as an extra pivot, they finished on time and were clean and were amazing at moving everything around. Thank you for the amazing floors and the awesome experience. Just a couple of pics to show final project in one room. We were treated so well. Again thank you!

Beautiful flooring installed! Could not be any happier with the results. Between the courteous and professional staffing that came out to install our flooring, to the salesman who sold us on the final product, we have had an absolute incredible experience. The team laid out the hard flooring wonderfully and performed some custom work that looks flawless. I highly recommend Carpets by Otto, ask for Scott!

Excellent customer service with a very knowledgeable team. They truly try to to do what is in the best interest of the customer which is hard to find in a sales situation these days. Scott was extremely helpful and made himself available to answer questions even outside of his work day. Scott was AMAZING to work with. HOWEVER, we were scheduled for installation between 8-10am. We received a call at 8:30 saying they had an issue and had to send another team who would be there between 2-3pm. I got home from work at 5pm to NO new carpet, no installers, no phone call. We tried calling them and they said they would be there at 6. 6 came and went with no installers. Tried to call twice and couldn't reach them. They finally showed up at 7pm and worked till 10-11pm. I tried to reach the manager and asked for a call first thing this morning, and have yet to receive a call or email. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. For a 7500 expensive, you would think the communication would be a lot better, especially from the manager. Will not be returning or ever recommending.Yes, I understand circumstances happen and emergencies, but SOMEONE could have communicated with us better.
