It's close to my house but I usually drove to a nicer one further away today I decided to give it a shot the place is run down there was mulch and oil all over the bay the change machines didn't work do I decided to just go to my usual one lesson learned I guess

Beyond disappointed in the customer service of this company. I went there like I do every weekend to wash my car, put in $30 worth of quarters which got me as far as a second scrub from the foam brush, went to change to rinse and the entire lane I was in had lost power. At this point I had spent 15 and wasted another 15 in quarters to wash my car only to be left with the foam brush soap all over my car, went to go into the other lane and realized I spent all of my quarters at this shoddy establishment and had to drive down the road to an automatic car wash to get the foam off my car before there was any chance for it to be ruined. In the end they offered me a free automatic wash….. thanks but no thanks. I wanted to give them a chance to rectify the situation but apparently that was out of the question in terms of giving me back the money I wasted. Not to mention they took a week to respond to me. Very disappointed.

Went to use the vacuums last week, tried 3 of them and it just took my money. It didn't work. I swear, if it ain't 1 thing is another thing with this place. Sometimes the automatic wash don't work, vacuums don't work, I took my car in the stalls to wipe it down when I finally did get to wash it and it was glass in the stalls.??

Its a self service car wash. I've never seen an attendant there but there's a number posted if you lose your $. There are bays with a hose n whatever else you need to hand wash your car. Since I have never done that in life, I use the auto wash. Option for touch less which is probably best option. Car looked better than before I rolled in there. Enough said

Worst place ever!! No brushes! Took my money on 3 bays. No one there working. Didn't get money back At one bay there was no sprayer no brush no workers. Please update this business!!! ?

Water line leaks at connection in the roof so you get leaked on while your trying to wash your vehicle.

I am very upset with this car wash. My son usually washes my car but having heart trouble and cannot do it. He told me to look for a touchless car wash. When I got there I saw you could do it yourself so I thought that will be good. Joke. Slid my card and did not go well. So I decided to do a touchless supreme in the automatic side. It rocked my car back and forth and when I got to the end my shark fin antenna was laying on my hood. Went to Ford and not a cheap part to replace. $213.00 for the part,$65 to paint it but my nice neighbor works at a body shop and now it is at Ford getting it installed. They have to drop the headliner to install it so will be another $200-$300 for that. Or more maybe but hope not. Don't try to call and complain the number it's a non working number So can't even let off any steam. Go someplace else.

Vacuums never work, car wash takes your payment then doesn't work. There is NO customer service. Would highly NOT recommend.
