They did a great job making my filthy car look like a new car, how they managed to get all the dog hair out of the apolstery is like magic, and all the old stains are totally gone. It was a bit more than I initially wanted to spend but it was well worth it! I totally recommend them.”

“Great staff! Quick service. Shower for drivers is a little crummy but works. Bathroom is mediocre but usable. Drivers lounge has a TV, phone and some warn out recliners but better than nothing. Pretty peaceful overnight and a great/safe place to park overnight if you need to wait on the trailer.”

“Frankly I'm not sure why Toledo has gotten so many car washes lately, but this one has been around in some form or fashion for quite some time & has consistently been pretty good. New ownership means new prices, but I find that this is mostly worth it. It seems to be one of the "longest" and consistently does a pretty good job of both washing and drying.”

“Basic $5 wash does a good job. Never tried the $10 or $15 wash. Free drying. Free vacuum does a decent job, but choose carefully. Not all vacs are created equal.

Let me start by apologizing. Both individuals in this photo gave me their names but by the time I got around to writing the review my old brain failed me and I forgot their names.
However, the young man in the photo was very nice and helpful. He smiled easily and did not rush me. The quieter one of the two.
The young lady is or was a cheerleader at some point in her life. The hand gestures, the smile, the energy was all familiar! I asked them both for permission to share this photo because they brought a smile to my face that I wasn't expecting by just going to the car wash. Both of them were a refreshing change to the grunts that I normally receive. So thank you both and I look forward to seeing you again next time!”
“I work across the street and they will come get our cars on Wednesdays from our parking lot and clean them inside and out for ladies days!! Since Covid our office has changed a lot, but I am about to put the new ladies on to this service. I also feel safe with them being outside if I have to walk out of the office late, since we are in a sketchy area. I know they would not allow anything to happen to one of us.Services: Delivery”

“All locations are excellent. I suggest getting the monthly package. I pay about 43 dollars a month for unlimited washes at the premium level. Don't forget to tip if you do this. Those kids work hard year round.”
“Well lit, clean and reasonably priced. Any time I wash my car at night in the greater Toledo area and no one tries to sell me drugs or solicit services I count it as a win. There aren't many car washes I feel comfortable using late at night this one never disappoints. 6.50 for a basic automatic wash? Sure!”

“I love the touches touchless car wash and the price is great at $8 for the full works wash. It's always clean and the owner is there almost every time I'm there if any issue were to arise.”
“Nice clean place with strong water pressure when washing your vehicle. Also their is enough room to park your ride and dry it off.One upgrade that I hope comes soon is the vehicle dryer at the end of the automatic wash bay. This will help out a lot especially on hot or cold days.”

They were very helpful.I’ve been going to this place for years. Even when the new place opened up across the street. I wanted to support this business. BUT, I’m done. The vacuums are terrible and took my money. Then a couple of days ago, the automatic car wash took my money and never started. I tried to contact Caress and no luck. The number was disconnected. I’ve lost at least $20 here, never again.”
