Nobody fixes things! Think in need of more maintenance workers?? (Update after couple years) we end up moving and they have people fix the roof on a 2020ish trailer and haven't fixed other issues like side skirting and huge pot hole in trailer park road?!?! Literally make no sense but maybe new management now??)

Very nice place and the administration is always willing to help you, they are very friendly. I currently live here and I do recommend it.

Communication is getting better, and they have been making efforts to better peoples situation.
Still no communication from the actual park manager but they are starting to communicate to people about renewing their lease and sending very respectful people for the inspections
