This place is very racist from my experience.They really made me feel like if your not white don't come here.A guy told me to bring my car up there ,charged me for a part then tells me he don't want to do the job after waiting over a week of them having my car there which made me feel like they held onto my vehicle just to waste my time when I could have been finding a better car shop to actually do the job and he mentioned if the part didn't end up working right that I had bought from them when I take it to another shop he wouldnt give me a refund he said.I didn't want to give them the one star I gave them but I had to in order to write this .I only went to get a power steering sensor put in my car and they gave me it back with a dead battery which I had no problems with my wife is my witness who also drove the vehicle and of course they didn't fix the power steering issue.This is by far the worst automotive place I ever went to honest to God.

I’ll never take a vehicle to these clowns again, told me 2-3 days to rebuild the transmission in my truck almost 2 weeks later I got it back and had a hard shift and would pop in and out of overdrive because the transmission valve cable was out of adjustment what a joke of a company. Save yourself the time and stress and go elsewhere.Service: Transmission

Honest about the situation with our car. It was nothing more than low fluid and old so it needed a flush. The price was very reasonable. Happy to do business and often recommend them like they were recommended to me.

Terrible! Got scammed out of $5,000.00 this was a supposedly "friend" of my husband's sold us a SUV that has a ton of problems! We've asked and asked for them to fix it have the parts and everything! Intended on paying any additional labor but kept getting the run around. The car is complete junk! Stalls out at stops signs or when idling in general. Has tons of problems...that obviously aren't his anymore. He wants NOTHING to do with the vehicle took our 5000 and peaced out. Im sure they know exactly whats wrong but just don't care such a shame people are like this! People you consider friends. We just had a baby too and know money can be tight Karma will get them some way...some how! As for us we'll have to do a trade in somewhere and deal with a monthly car payment.

The first time I went here I was fairly happy with the service. I had gone to Auto Zone because my traction light and engine light were displaying on the dashboard and my cruise control would not work. The diagnostic said it was the stop light switch. I called here and made arrangements to come the next day. I had ordered the part and Tony seemed real nice and he put the part on me. I paid him and went on my merry way. About 2 days later, I started having the same problem,so I called him and asked his opinion. He wasnt sure if it was a bad part or not. I ordered another part just in case. I called yesterday and asked if I could bring my car in. I did not talk to Tony, because he was not available, but talked to one of the other mechanics. He said, sure bring it in after we open, so we have time to get to it. About 4 oclock I thought I'd better call and see if my car was ready. Found out they had not touched my car all day. Tony and I talked I said, well since my ca r sat here all day I guess you might as well put that part on because nothing had been done. At this time he told me he thought the problem went deeper than just the part, but I would have to leave my car with him for 2 days and that it would be very time consuming. When I got there he asked for his pay and told him that if they would communicate better I wouldn't be paying him for nothing. He said he had plenty of other projects and he didnt need my business. Not happy with the unprofessionalism at all!!nothing. He told M.j e that he did not want my business and that he a plenty of other projects to do. Needless to say I won't be back. Does he not think about that fact that he inconvenienced me and I was without my car all day.Not happy with the unprofessionalism that I saw!

I want to thank Tony for getting me in today and taking care of my repair. It was done quick and didn't break the bank. I appreciate it. I would highly recommend Phil and Tony at Budget If you need repairs done correctly at a fair price.
