Do not expect to get your car towed from this company. I called and got a quote on 2/28/22.I then called on 3/122-3/3/22. I left 4 very clear messages for them to call me back. They never answer the phone or return messages. Not the kind of company I want to do business with!!!

I would highly recommend this place, my spare car had been towed from my apartment and they were the ones who had done it. When I called them to pick it up the price was reasonable and they had fixed my flat tire. After I got there they worked with me for like a week to help me get it back in running conditions for the minimal costServices: Tires

This has to be the absolutely worse car repair service I've come across in years. The owner, Kenny, is dishonest, rude, UNPROFESSIONAL, and you may not get your car back for a year or more. This scenario is exactly what happened to my daughter and son-in-law. After several months and putting out 2,900 towards, what they thought were repairs, Kenny STILL withheld their vehicle from them. This situation escalated to the point where mediation *(through the courts)* had to be enacted. An entire year went by with Kenny holding their vehicle, collecting 2,900 of their monies, and left our daughter without a vehicle to get to work for over a year. Luckily, we had a vehicle that we let her borrow but if we didn't let her borrow a vehicle, she would have had to pay for a rental and this would have been about 9,000 or more for over a year's time Finally after well over a year, they get their car back through mediation. The car was towed to their residence. There was a guy interested in her vehicle. He wanted to actually purchase it, so he was looking it over and then discovered....the car's catalytic converter was missing! Omg! So now, Kenny either took this out of their vehicle or while in Kenny's possession, someone had stolen it. Either way, ALL UNACCEPTABLE! When my daughter said yo Kenny, " we may have to proceed with court, Kenny's reply....."do what you have to do." PLEASE NEVER GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

This place is terrible! called two days in a row to get a car towed and no show. the second day i explained the situation and they said be there soon. still haven't seen them. i would have rather them just say we cant come than say ill move you up in line then ignore me. this place is a joke. very unprofessional and it seems like they don't want to work.

Consumer beware...I would avoid this company at all cost. This post is going to get lengthy, but it is all accurate and it is to save people money. Before I write this review there is something to know first. They have and still have my vehicle since 02/05/2020 (and money). I have been in contact with the company every week except recently due to me seeking legal action against this company. My sole purpose is to prevent what has happened to me to anyone else. This company should be looked into and I will be filing a claim with the BBB.It all started when my wife's car would not start. We initially had it towed to Ambrosias and they said it would need a new timing chain which would cost rough $2,000. I won't bore you with the details of that but I decided to go with a different company that my Grandpa recommended. We agreed Boyz A&T would pick it up from Ambrosias and they were going to put a new "refurbished" engine in it. They asked me questions like what type of engine it was, and asked if it was a 6 cylinder. I said I'm not 100% sure but maybe? I am in no way a car guy and have very little knowledge. All I knew is that it was a 2011 VW CC which I had let them know. Unbeknownst to me they had already ordered the engine (but more of that later)... The first red flag was when some time had passed and I asked them if they had gotten the vehicle yet from the other repair shop. They said they were having issues getting it because the other company had blocked the vehicle in. I called the company (Ambrosias) and they said no, that never happened, but the person who came and tried to pick it up was causing a scene and yelling. I figured this was odd, but they eventually got the vehicle. Back to them already having ordered an engine. Well, they found out it was not a 6 cylinder and were going to make US pay for the shipping costs even though it was clearly their fault. Who orders an engine before even having the vehicle? My grandpa agreed to pay for that. Few weeks/months pass and I hear nothing from anyone. The guy from Boyz had my grandpas number but would never call him so my grandpa would call him asking what was going on. I'm not 100% sure how those conversations went, but it was a lot of arguing so I decided to take over the phone calls. He claimed they were trying to get a new engine to fit etc etc... Few more weeks/months pass I decide to go there in person to see what is going on. They said they just got an engine in and took mine out but something was wrong with the engine they got and that it was damaged, but were trying to work with the junkyard that they bought it from. Getting annoyed and still only having one vehicle I tell him he has to get this finished. He agrees and my wife then takes over the phone operation because I was fed up with him at the time. My wife calls him here and there but gets nowhere with the conversation of when the vehicle will be done. It is excuse after excuse. I then take it over again, and am cordial with him. I acted polite and courteous because at this point I was just asking for my money back since he could not complete the job. He claimed he was at auctions and this and that but never was able to find anything for the price we paid which was close to $3,000. This is why I asked for my money back. I did not have an ounce of trust in him or the company anymore, even if they were able to find an engine for the car. Then literally a year later (recently) starting in the month of February I start calling him every day about getting my money back. He then comes up with the excuse of the company he initially got the "broken" engine from was sold to someone else and they were trying to get him his money. I would call Boyz (specifically Kenny) every week, and at one point every day. It was always "oh this Friday I'm supposed to get the check" or "oh they forgot to send the check" or "oh they sent it during the holidays so it is taking a little while to get here".I ran out of characters but there is much more, but
