Was having a phone issue. Looked up nearest store (12) miles away in Bowling Green. Saw that due to Covid, they are opening at 10 am today. Got there about 10:35 to give them time to get set up. Waited 45 min out front. No one ever showed up. Called number on door, straight to message "mailbox has not been set up". Called Findlay Boost Mobil store from my truck in front of BG store. Not affiliated, but they hear about it all the time. I will guarantee that you will have to do better than this for your business to survive.

Ms. Taylar R at the cherry st. store was very helpful and willing to try though she was unsure what to do. After having five other stores not even willing to help us and sending me around. I was very happy with my service.
