Bought a phone. Was told I have 7 days to Return for Full Refund. 2 days later, phone is not meeting my expectations. I return and ask for a refund. Cliffnotes: I had to be very assertive to even get a fraction of what I spent back, and I never got the full refund. His FIRST, of many offers was $51 refunded to me. Let's just say the other guy that was waiting to do his business there had to wait longer than he should have, as did I, for a simple Refund. It was like the cashier was negotiating a return, then acting like he did me a favor. And, both times I visited this place, nobody was there to open the store on time. Myself and others stood outside until the Cust. Svc. Rep. showed up. The first time and what is now my last time there.

This review was actually made July of 2021. The edit makes it seem current. I got a new iphone activated and out the door in less than 20 minutes. Brittany and Brandy are amazing!!!!
