The rear tail light needed replaced and some paint required a touch up. John was able to quickly find/order the new part, replace the light, and touch up the paint - all before the car wash’s “repair guy” could even find the part. “They did a successful job on fixing up my little red car where it is much safer and able to handle what it was doing before as needed (Chad literally took the time and effort on figuring out what all was truly wrong with it and then took care of each problem he discovered within the best timely manner possible where I wasn't worried about him getting the car fixed up asap because I knew that car required fixing up where it most definitely was going to require a necessary amount of time and patience due to what all was very wrong with it).
