I had a great experience here. Logan our sales rep was incredible. We were in and out in 15 minutes. No sitting in the dealership for 4 hours. Great service, love my car.

Horrible service. Went back and forth with a salesman for two days on a used vehicle. Drove down after work to look at it but was unable to make it before closing due to construction backups. Alerted salesman that I was going to be late. Got there 5 after closing and everyone was gone. Let salesman know that I would be there as soon as I could the following day. Was told they don’t accept deposits to hold vehicles but they could hold it while I was on the way. Told salesman that I was on the way after leaving work 3 hours early to get it and was then told to not come as it was in the process of being sold. Was then told that the manager wouldn’t allow them to hold any vehicles and he just “lost the opportunity to sell it to me”. Tried reaching out to sales manager with no luck. This is the last place I’d ever recommend dealing with.

I recently had the pleasure of taking my BMW to BMW of Toledo for service, and the experience was nothing short of outstanding. A significant part of this exceptional experience was due to Tanis, my service coordinator, who truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled flawlessly.

Kyle was great to work with. He went above and beyond expectations to get my needed repair covered under warranty. My car is always well taken care of and work is completed timely. Everyone is always very courteous and helpful.
