I would like to make a review about Preston. I just had the absolute pleasure of talking to him and he was more than willing to work with me through some issues. No i am not a bot and no this was not paid for. Ive had nothing but a great experience since i moved in. Yes the apartment can be loud sometimes but overall this place has been great. Thank you so much to the staff who genuinely care for their residents!

I've work with Beal Properties for around a year now, and the company itself provides quality service to its tenants and its properties! Communication is key, when it comes to Geoff Van'thof! Especially if it means keeping tenants happy!

Poor conditions of unit. Winchester Apartments parking lot flooded when had heavy rains, happened multiple times. Washing machine and dryers were disgustingly dirty and not upkept. Had mold growing on wall in bedroom the whole year I was there, showed worker and was never addressed. Poor upkeep of property. Beals usage of dumpsters to dispose of abandoned apartments full of furniture took away ability to use dumpsters often.

Martha is the best! I’ve struggled with drug addiction in the past and as a result have a very colorful credit/rental history, but Martha(one of their agents) was considerate enough to give us a chance (after I found a co-signer) and we are incredibly grateful for her kindness. The unit is extremely good for the price too.

I got my apartment in toledo back in June. Beal got back to me quick and fast. They had the apartment cleaned and ready for me to move in, within a week of me wanting it. And I've only had one matanance issue that got taken care of quickly. They have been working on sprucing up the property since I moved in. It's looking better and better. So far an amazing experience.

The leasing agent Martha goes above and beyond. Very helpful throughout the entire leasing process which can be a nightmare.Even after her jobs done she seems to come through on stuff that doesn't fall under her title to do. She's made my Beal experience a good one from the START

I just moved in August 2023 and have been impressed not only in My clean revamped 1 bedroom apartment but also in the quiet but friendly people that live here. Management also has answered every question and always pick up the phone.

The Property Manager Preston in Toledo is great. He listen to people problems and comes up with solutions that work for both sides.Beal Properties gets a 5/5 stars for professionalism, customer service, and caring about their tenants!!

This is an okay group to work with to find a place to live in a pinch, but honestly, it's not good for a long-term place. I've been at a place for 2 years and have had several, 5 water leaks, and I fell and got a concussion when management didn't notify the tenants that the stairs were being removed.

Horrible magement, property managers and people. Believe the bad reviews. Most of their 5 star reviews are from contractors, so they’re literally being paid by beal. Beal Properties has a terrible reputation in Toledo and in Ypsilanti. Apart from their unprofessional behavior, they will not fix the maintenance issues tenants have. Even if the maintenance issues are directly related to safety. They have multiple active lawsuits. Investors and clients for property management often are cheated out of money. Please do not get yourself stuck here. I gave it two stars, because they don’t check your credit… they took money for it and said they did but I would have been notified of a credit check and ultimately wouldn’t of rented to me. They are satisfactory If you’re in a pinch and need a place of low quality and quickly.EDIT: months later, I received an email from Preston asking me why I gave them a 2 star review. A pretty dumb question in my opinion, if he had read my review he would clearly see why I rated them what I did. I not only lived in a Beal property but also worked for a contractor that serviced their properties. Ultimately I quit that job with the contractor because my mental health was suffering while working in those properties and putting band aids on things that needed to be repaired. I’ll go ahead and change that to a one star review. Again, on the unprofessionalism. To directly email someone about a review is completely insane. They sold the building that I moved out of in 2022 and I have since moved out of state.
