They charged me on my card twice for one battery. They actually got it squared away as soon as I called. Very appreciative mistakes happen but I was handled in a kind and professional matter.

Put in a battery for a late 90s early model Honda accord in a 2014 Chevy Spark.
Honestly just realized it was the wrong battery. It lasted two years but still should have put in the correct battery

Paul that works at the Alexis Road Store was exceptional to work with! I had brought in a set of Diesel Truck Batteries on Saturday that I purchased from Battery Wholesale several years earlier that had completely discharged over the winter storage season. Something went wrong with my battery tender during storage. I brought them into the store on a Saturday morning (Memorial Day Weekend) and he tested them and informed me the batteries were still good but were fully discharged. They placed them on their charging system and informed me they may not be fully Charged till Sunday morning. Paul said he would stop back into the store Sunday Morning and call me if they were ready for pick up. I got the call Sunday morning @ 9:30am and he said they were ready. I can't say enough about Paul and the "Above & Beyond the Call of Duty on a Holiday Weekend" service at the Alexis Road Store! Highly-Highly recommend!!

I got a flat tire in front of Paul’s house who works at battery wholesale one of the most kindest people I have ever met. From the second he seen I needed help until the tow truck got there hours later he didn’t hesitate to try and do what he could to make the situation better.
