My kids are serious readers. While we were there the sales associate helped the youngest order a manga she was looking at. And let her know how to go about ordering others if she needed them. Very helpful. Thank you

Selection wasn't great and had a lot of items misfiled in the section I was browsing.
Store is clean and staff is friendly and helpful.
Would be better served to have more books instead of toys, although that is a reflection on the chain.

This place is very nostalgic. It's in a very safe part of town. It has a nice little Cafe. They have a great record section with various genres.
