Rude and Unprofessional!!! Company never called to confirm my move, and when I called the day beforehand was told "I got a new number".....Day of the move I called him at the time they were scheduled to arrive and he answers..."Who this?" Claims his guys had a blowout somewhere in Detroit and they are "very upset"....great! Now when can you be here to help me? Never responded to my texts after that. This company needs to take a lesson in courtesy and business ethics...and also let them know about roadside assistance! It's 2019...a tire replacement shouldn't take more than an hour. Get real!

We went with this company in 2016 because they claimed to be insured and were willing to work with us on the price. They seemed friendly enough at first and we ended up paying them half upfront and the rest on delivery. Total cost: $4300 to move our stuff from Ohio to Texas.

He forgot a set of 50 lb dumbbells in hes truck,said he would bring them to me but instead he brought me some cheap made ones that he had. Now he won't answer my calls or texts. So watch your stuff and make he doesn't replace it with cheap stuff that he has

The person who answered was EXTREMELY rude and must have thought he was superior to everyone by the way he yelled and cussed at me. Will never use their service and hope the owner learns how to treat and talk to another human being.

Mark and his crew were awesome! They got us moved in 1 trip and we had a LOT of stuff! (3br house) They hustled hard and got the job done even under the time they quoted me!

We used B & G to move from Toledo, OH, to northern California. They were wonderful in so many ways. Their price was excellent, and their movers were prompt and efficient, as well as polite and friendly. Not a thing got lost or broken. If I could, I would give them more than 5 stars. I also really liked the idea of using a local, independent mover. We checked with the big, national movers, and not one inspired confidence. We did get one or two lower quotes from national movers, but there was no guarantee that the price would stay that low. With B & G, the quote was exactly what we paid. I would, without hesitation, recommend B & G.
