Originally, I went to the AutoZone in Sylvania to get a regular air filter and a cabin air filter. I was able to get the regular air filter and the gentleman helped me put it in my car, but he said I would have to go to the others AutoZone to get the cabin air filter because they were out of stock. I go to the Toledo AutoZone on West Sylvania, grab the cabin air filter and they refused to help me put it in my car and said they’re not allowed to. Now, I’m back at the Sylvania one and they had no problem installing the cabin air filter for me and said they are in fact allowed and supposed to help customers with this if we ask. Just annoying that I have to keep driving back-and-forth to get some help. Boo you Toledo Autozone but thank you Sylvania Autozone.

The place has a great variety, and decent prices. Could use a bit of a clean up. The reason I am giving it 5 stars is because of the service...granted the manager served me, but it was EXCEPTIONAL. Felt like I was in a boutique store. I don't expect this kind of service in an auto parts store.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Auto Zone. The 2 guys working there refused to help us. I went for a oil change setup. They pointed to the back wall and said the oil is back there. And then I had to figure out my own oil filter.

Not only did I have above and beyond service for the issue I came in for (replacing a headlight - they were kind enough to remove the old bulb and install the new one for me), but when I asked the technician that helped me install the new bulb if I could pick his brain about a concern I had about a tire, he talked me through not just the tire, but how I could be a savvier consumer when getting tires replaced, my oil changed, and even my battery tested. I've certainly felt vulnerable to getting taken advantage of in those situations in the past and I left AutoZone today feeling so much more prepared to advocate for my car and myself in the future. Thanks for taking the extra time and for the exceptional customer service!

David was exceptional helping our nephew get the correct fluid for his car. He came outside and explained the different parts of the engine to him at 859pm. It was greatly appreciated. We’ve never had anyone be that helpful.

I visited the Auto Zone store at 2940 W. Sylvania to get Brake Fluid and Windshield Washer Fluid for my car on January 19, 2023. It was snowing really bad and it was very cold. The only reason I was out was because I had a doctor appt. I was coming from my appt and remembered that I needed those things for my car. When I stopped in, they were very nice when I asked for help finding what I needed. After my purchase, the gentleman that checked me out asked if I needed some help putting the brake fluid and the washer fluid in my car and I said yes I did and without any hesitation, he graciously did that and it was so cold outside, but I was so thankful that he offered to do that. That made my day!

When I came in today the ladie with braids the worker was standing at the very end of the counter on her phone I asked was she working from down there no register her response was I said can I help you. She stood where I couldn't see her name tag when doing my return very bad adittude.
