I visited a total of 3 different AutoZone locations the day I visited this store, and this location was hands down the worst in customer service. All the men at every other location were awesome and super helpful! The blue haired girl at this location had an unprovoked trashy attitude the moment she saw me next in line. I was originally in the line waiting, with a different rep, then she called the next in line... which happened to be me. When I got to the counter, I asked for the part I needed. Before she even started searching for the part, she kept GAWKING at me and grossly responded, "For what?" I'm not sure if it was my brown skin ? ?= that had her so bitter, but It wasn't what she said, but HOW she said it... with a lowly and tasteless attitude. (And no, she didn't ask "For what"? because she KNEW what I was looking for and maybe just needed the year, make, and model.) There were clearly some underlying issues with that rep against me before I even knew it. I was ticked off ?.

I went there to buy oil for my vehicle and when I didn't have a stick to hold my hood open, the gentleman who works there offered to pour my oil and the other guy even offered to throw away my trash, thanks AutoZone.

walked in nobody at the desk. we placed a pick up order online. Said item was in stock. Went to the store when it said it was ready for pick up & the guy didn’t say a single word to us. No hi, bye, have a nice day.. nothing. He told us he didn’t have the item in stock and cancelled the order. Why would you say the item is ready for pick up if you don’t have it…

I closed my commercial account due to there bad parts. Bought spark plugs and they was bad plugs. My truck wouldn't fire due to a bad plugs in number 1 firing order. Since number 1 didn't work it wouldn't fire my truck. So I waited $300 Xtra dollars for fuel pump and filter. Relay switches etc. The list goes n and on. They won't replace my plugs since there not under warranty. I won't buy sht from them ever again. Run while u can. Advance isn't bad
