Lin did a marvelous job on my pedi.

Stylist: My minor child who was getting her nails and feet done for the first time for prom. Was yelled at by an Asian man who works there because she didn't want long nails or gel. I ask the man why he was yelling at a child who doesn't want long nails, he replied, "she is not a child." He went on to say the younger people want long nails. he was rude and unprofessional. I was hurt and embarrassed of how he was yelling and talking to us. I believe that we were treated in this fashion, simply because of the color of our skin. It was a disheartening experience to say the least.

1 star is too much for them, they’re so horrible and disrespectful (they changed management and their entire staff). I made an appointment for a mani/pedi at 4:45. I was there on time, they told me to come back at 6:15, but they did not take me until 6:40. I they usually start with the pedi, but she told me to start with my mani (I was surprised, but didn’t think much of it). While she was doing my manicure, she did not want to clean my cuticles, gave each finger a different shape (it looks so bad, I wish I didn’t get them done), did not massage my hands, and would not put a hot towel to rap my hands. I then told her to do my do my cuticles, she did them roughly and looked so bothered. When I asked her about the massage, she told me: “to go to a massage place” mind you it’s part of the manicure treatment. And when I asked her about the hot towel, she said: “we don’t have anymore for today”. I was then expecting to go to the pedicure area, but she told me: “No, I’m done for today. I have a headache. I won’t be doing your pedicure.”
