Got a nice used fridge at a fair price. 30 day guarantee. $50.00 delivery and remove old fridge too. 2 guys they sent were courteous, kind and were really nice. This was basement delivery, extra work. It was running as soon as plugged in.They were in and out in less than an hour. We tipped them. I would return again and recommend you at least talk to these guys first. Really nice people.

Worst freaking company ever. Ordered a dining room table and they sent me the bottom piece of the table. Told me that the other half would be be there by 8/8. FedEx wrote they delivered it but it never came. Company refusing to refund me money.

If I could I would give them zero it cost me $864 to get rid of the roaches that came with my $125 stove 6 months later I'm still seeing the little bastards do not go to this place your house will get infested with roaches

I am very pleased with my purchase of a range online from Appliance Connection. Before I ordered I called for information and the salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable. After sale, the range was delivered within a few days, as promised.The range developed some minor problems. We called customer service, and the rep, Martin Somah, arranged both to reimburse us for a repair visit and send another repair service to adjust the range. All of this was done promptly and courteously. I recommend Appliance Connection

Absolute garbage customer service. I ordered a refrigerator and it was delivered to door step. Left it in the box until contractor needed to install. It was out of 30 day window and they will do NOTHING for the fact that both top and bottom doors and back vent panel are smashed. Not my fault the contractors got delayed with labor shortages and illness and couldn’t get to appliances until now. I had spoken to management on the phone and they said they absolutely would take care of it and walked me through the claim process. Then I get an email saying “nope, they won’t do a thing.” Terrible customer service, terrible policies and complete liars telling me they would fix it and then wouldn’t. Never buy from them.

Micky is ALWAYS so helpful! He always helps those who need the help and fixes the problems that may arise. I would go here for every appliance and have. I still have my deep freezer and washer and dryer which still work 3 years later.

Excellent service, great prices! Huge selection! Prompt delivery service to my door within a couple of hours. The delivery men were very helpful and even solved a problem that I had with my dryer connection. I highly recommend recommend this store!!

Don’t shop here they’ll sale you something that will work for 30 days and then it’ll break down. But since it’s passed your the warranty days they won’t do anything about it
