We take all of our vehicles and will continue to do so. The service is quick and they always do a great job. They are honest and treat my family with respect always. We go here for all issues big and small and my experience has consistently been great. Rarely when there is an issue it is corrected quickly. I really appreciate the ownership they take of their work. I am a huge fan of the after hours drop off process as well. I cannot recommend Ambrosia’s enough.

This place is a joke, clearly poorly ran and management does not care about their customers.
Shop looks run down and parking is nearly impossible.
Stopped by multiple times and everyone in the shop and office all seemed depressed and unwilling to help.
My gut feeling gave me a bad taste and will never give them my business.

I usually do recommend ambrosias auto shop! But I DO NOT anymore!!! I turned in my truck overnight for a 8am appointment and they had a little slip to fill out and it said what would you like done. So I crossed off a few things that I wanted them to check and I said at the bottom of my comments! “PLEASE CALL WITH ESTIMATE FIRST!! :)” and they never called so they changed my oil, gave me a new filter, gave me a diagnostic on check engine light and rotated my tires without my knowledge!!! And texted me a $315 receipt!!!!! I didn’t need my oil changed! I didn’t ask for my tired to be rotated nothing! All I wanted was my brakes checked and like a quick check up on everything! all in all I didn’t even need new brakes! I go there and I’m bawling cause I didn’t ask for any of it. They’re laughing at me!! I showed him where I wrote call w estimate first! And he goes oh…. LIKE YEAH??? he goes well sadly we can’t take the oil out your truck but I guess I’ll take a couple bucks off for labor and tools.. so I ended up paying $280 anyway for stuff I didn’t need or want!!!??? They didn’t understand the miscommunication or anything. Never will I ever go there again!! And they’re pricey as hell.

I went in for an estimate to put a leveling kit on my truck. With me purchasing the leveling kit from Rough Country, Ambrosia's quoted me $900 to install the kit and realign. This is a pretty simple job if you have a lift and an alignment machine.
I went down the street to another shop and paid $225 to install the kit and had Belle Tire do a 4 wheel alignment for $100. About 1/3 the cost of what Ambrosia's quoted. No thanks! $$$

took my car here because i had a good experience the first time. i brought my car to them again inquiring about a loud noise coming from under my car, thinking it had to do with my muffler. they proceeded to tell me i needed a new flex pipe and it was going to cost over $1000 to do it. took it to a second place for 2nd opinion, got it done for $130 with it only being a gasket. not sure why and how they got things confused but I didn’t spend over a band ?

Fast and friendly service!
Ambrosia was highly recommended by several people so I gave them a call. My jeep had an oil leak. They found the problem and fixed it when “another shop” couldn’t. They were very knowledgeable about my engine and made sure I understood what was needed to fix it! It has been a month since the repair and my jeep is running great! Thanks to the great team at Ambrosia Automotive!

Was referred to them from discount tire after they broke a stud on my wifes car and recommended we have an alignment done as well . They were extremely nice and honest about finding issues which prevented the alignment getting done . The only issue is the price they charge for labor is extremely high they wanted to charge us over 600 for some minor front end work . We were lucky enough to get a 2nd quote before just jumping on the first and was able to get the work done and alignment done for a flat 250 at another shop we went to . They are fast and honest but labor is overpriced

I asked them for a price to replace the spark plugs in my f150. I was told if they didn't brake any spark plugs my cost was 800 dollars. If they broke any the price would increase but I wasn't told how much. In my mind I thought so it could be from 800 to whatever they choose to change me as my final price. I decided to find a different shop in the area. The job was done for 620 dollars around the corner...
