0/10 Way too rough with hair, talked poorly of other clients' hair to her other staff, complained about doing hair and was rude the entire time. She can't threaten me over her shitty business. If you want heat damage then this must be the place to go!

I put in a deposit and when I got there she said she couldn't do my hair. This was the only time I could do it and she said she will schedule me for Tuesday morning and when I tried to get a hold of her later on to confirm she had blocked my number.

This is one of the best salons in Toledo and the only ones I will let do my hair! I love each and every one they keep me looking fabulous! I been going here for years I am Above and Beyond Royalty! Never had a bad experience, they go above and beyond. My hair is always beautiful. Everybody is professional especially the owner! Anna, Kemonee and Poomp are all great stylist! I got my hair done recently by poompa I had boxbraids done she does a fantastic job!! every time i recommend her if you want braids done !

I paid for hair consultation and made appointment after and The stylist, who was the owner, was a no show. It's cool. Plenty of other salons wanting good customers so will move on. No problem. Oh yeah,I waited about one hour and not only left but also road back by the salon and no one was there.

I went in for body sculpting. I had a consultation the day before where I was assessed to determine the best treatment plan, and had the procedure explained. Of course this was all non invasive body sculpting, so I didn't expect results right away. The next day I went in, and I was started on a machine that kind of vibrated my body leaving me feeling like I had a 30 min workout, when actually I had just been standing. Next I was wrapped, and placed in their sauna, which turned out to be super relaxing. The owner and the nurse providing the treatment constantly checked on me and made sure that I was comfortable and hydrated. Lastly I had the body cavitation and sculpting. As soon as I stood up to my surprise I could already see a difference. I was so excited! I plan to go back for at least 2-3 more treatments, and the price is very reasonable.
