Great service from the woman dayhali I think thats her name but she brought and delivered us a washer and dryer by herself because they so called had nomore drivers that woman deserves a raise idc.! And it was a very hot day

No delivery people work there. I have never had an issue in Florida with Aarons. Usually a very reputable company. No happy at all.

What's the protocol for when items do not fit? I got a new refrigerator. delivery person first asked if someone was here to help. I got my son to assist. My refrigerator did not fit into the front door so he takes the door off the hinges tear up the frame now I have to replace the frame on my front door. Then the new refrigerator is scratched up from forcing it and then delivery person said he would be back in 45 minutes to put my handles on the refrigerator it's two days later.

Purchase the furniture attempted to get it delivered. The Delivery Man lie and said that he couldn't get it to the door or through my extra large window. When we consulted the sales person she said it was against store policy to try to fit it through the window. But the delivery man who was it a 10-year employee said he do that type of thing all the time so the person lied I would not go to the store ever again
