Not quite sure where to start we had two major issues with our 2015 GMC Arcadia I called Quaker road automotive it was very friendly on the phone and got us in right away and seemed like he was very knowledgeable when I dropped the vehicle off he not only fixed our vehicle but he did both jobs in one day very impressive send me pictures of the bad parts and when we picked it up he explained to me and my wife exactly what was wrong and how he fixed it very grateful definitely definitely highly recommend. Even though they suffered a tragic loss in the family he was still able to get us in. Thanks again Quaker road automotive

I wish I could give negative stars. He is so rude and started speaking in bad language after he damaged my tire instead of repairing it which i identified myself. I was totally frustrated and left without saying anything. He caused me a great loss. I wish I could get any compensation.

Worst behavior. He doesn’t know how to talk with the customer as well as the service needs to be provided. We went to fix the leak of the tire of our car and he made it worse. Not recommended for others.

Rude told 100 dollars for a used tire because he is the only one that got it. He damaged the customer before me rim and tried to charge him for the mistake he did

I would give it 0 stars he is VERY RUDE and told me to take him to court because of an issue that was going on AFTER I left his shop ! It says 3 day warranty and it's only been 24hrs and he's not trying to give me my money back !

I called for a tire the man said it will be 60 dollars. When i get there he tried to get me to get a different size. he alsoshowed me the tire sizes i needed and said 90! He is very unprofesional, rude and I think he lives there, I will never do business with this clown. He is the worst salesman ever

I stopped in here without any sort of appointment after going to a couple of the major tire stores, and this place is head and shoulders above the other places in town that I’ve dealt with. First of all, I just needed a valve stem repaired, but the big shops were trying to make me buy the $80 sensor that goes with it. If I’m going to spend $80, I might as well just get a new tire lol. Then proceeded to patch the hole that was going to take for free, and then he even offered to put the tire back on for me so I didn’t have to deal with it. I have very highly recommend this place, And any other shop in Toledo.

Got a set of four tires, super great price and the tires look real close to brand new. Saved me so much money.He even offered me some valve stem caps bc I didn't have any. I will definitely go here again. They were very friendly and professional.
