Worse car dealer I’ve dealt with Chuck from used cars lied about the Accord , me and my mom flew up from Alabama to purchase an Accord and when we got there the fender on the car was a different color than the rest of the car. When we first inquired about the car we asked for pictures and he sent pictures of the passenger side and rear, when we got to the dealership we immediately noticed the left front fender and door mirror were a different color. We pointed it out the Sales manager and he agreed that it was a different color, but he said he was coming in at the end of the transaction and wasn’t aware of what Chuck told us. All out a sudden Chuck walked up and we pointed out the different colors and he said he can’t see the difference and there’s nothing wrong with the color. We then then told him the Sales Manager already seen it and agreed that the colors not match. Since we flew up and we was already there my mom wanted to purchase the car but for them to reduce the price or fix the color difference, they declined to do neither, although the car had low miles it was priced higher than the top book value but we was willing to purchase it since it had low miles and Per Chuck ( it’s sharp, clean and he would by it for his mom ) . Along with the pictures.he sent.
After looking at the car in person it wasn’t worth top dollar as what Chuck said with a different color fender. We ending up renting a car a driving back 500 miles home. We spend $600 in traveling, rental, hotel. DONT BUY FROM THEM IF OUT OF TOWN they will lie to get you up there. Dealers like this makes buying cars out of state bad. Especially when salesman like Chuck lie and Misrepresent their cars. let the pictures speak for themselves , pictures dont lie. Chuck lied to you. As any honest person can see the fender and the mirror as i stated earlier are a diff color .

Appointments for service need improvement. For a service issue needed ASAP the soonest available appointments are almost 2 weeks out when speaking with staff. This gives the customer no other option but to go elsewhere. For oil changes it's upwards of 2-3 weeks. For Honda owners this isn't meeting expectations. Think of those who have paid for warranties and require the vehicle to be serviced at a Honda dealership when something goes wrong. Unacceptable.

I purchased my certified used Honda CRV this week with Chuck Diggs. This was the easiest car purchase I've ever had! Chuck and Diane, the business manager, were amazing. They explained everything to me in a simple manner and took away all my anxiety. Love my new Honda!

We just purchased our New 2024 HONDA CRV at VOSS HONDA from Mark Croniak. He was very professional and patient while answering all of my questions. Mark made sure we knew everything about our new CRV before leaving. The Business Manager, Becky, was also professional and respectful. We needed to return to the Dealership due to my scheduling issue. When we returned, we had the opportunity to work with Chad, one of the Sales Managers. Chad was Efficient, Respectful, and Knowledgeable. We definitely recommend Voss HONDA for your new HONDA!!

We visited Voss Honda which really was the beginning of my buying stages. I asked my Dad to come with me to help with checking cars out and negotiating. I did not plan on buying a car first off. I planned on shopping around more.
Let me tell you Voss Honda took care of us. Chuck was awesome and so was the manager (sorry can't remember his name). We let them know I wasn't anxious to buy a car right away and that we planned on shopping around more. I didn't tell them the price range was looking for and by the time we got back from a test drive the manager was able to break down our concerns in such a way that we understood.
He gave me a few different options as far as how much I would be paying a month depending on a few add-ons and such. Also gave us a discount. The highest amount was right in range with what I could afford. Again, I never told them up front the price range I was looking for. I knew that for the newer car I couldn't pass it up. I do not believe that I would have gotten a better dealer elsewhere.
Needless to say I ended up driving the car that I loved off the lot that day. And right before I drove the car off the lot, Chuck came out and showed me a feature that I never would have known existed. I use it almost everyday. Thank you Voss Honda. It was a great experience.

On a family road trip during spring break and our check, engine light started to blink. They were able to get our car seen almost immediately, and on the road and under two hours! Very thankful. Highly recommend!

I bought a 2014 tsx back in December and now the little touch up spots they did to the car are coming off and now I'm starting to notice all the dings it's going to be February wow smfh ???

Horrible. Never have a car serviced here. Would give 0 stars if possible. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else. No one ever returns phone calls. Service department is a total joke. When the repair job was done ( 4 and a Half months later) it wasn't right at all. Now I have a key fob that doesn't work, and another to start the car. Can't get into the trunk now. But, I had to accept it because I have to have a car. The long wait with no car cost me my job. They didn't even clean the leaves covering my car, it sat so long leaf imprents are etched into the paint. They don't even try. Be warned. Stay away from them.

I have called several times, emailed and I even showed up there to speak with him and was met by a guy who wouldn’t listen to me and proceeded to talk over me and tell me over and over again “ you need too call and make an appointment “. I told him several times that I have called and that particular day I called 3 times with no one in service to pick up or transfer me to his VM. I emailed the service manager last week with no response. I just need to complete the steps with fixing the peeling paint that’s been happening to the pearl white paint of my Honda before it gets worse and I’ll be on my way. I do not like going through these reviews for a response but I think I’ve been patient enough. Please reach out to me

Guys in the service department are clueless. Advisors have to be the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Take your vehicle anywhere else but here.
