I'm so disappointed. I just spent $10 and you can't even tell my car went through the car wash other than maybe the windshields are now clean. There was lots of soap that seemed to be spraying on the windshield but when I got out, the sides of my Suburban are still as dirty as they were before I went through.

I've used this car wash many times. It was my favorite until today. It did not get my wheels clean even though I used wheel cleaner twice before pulling in, and the wheels are only 4 months old. The underbody wash didn't even touch my wheel wells, the rear window was still dirty, and other places on the car as well. When I buy $18 car washes I expect a clean car. Apparently, this car wash needs better maintenance.

Car looks great! Owner came out and informed me that the one bay wasn't working correctly. That he was working on it and to use the other bay, so that I can get the services I paid for. Top notch place! Will definitely be returning here in the future
