They don't even deserve one star. Traci went out of her way to be rude talking over me and asking questions unrelated to getting help even went as far as telling me maybe I should be in a facility just because I have a walking aid and can't drive due to seizures and that no delivery of food because their delivery guy "Roy" would be delivering and he's the one that caused lots of problems at my previous address. I'm never calling them for help again. I rather go hungry than be treated disrespectful.

Food Pantry is Open Mondays 6-7:30 pm and Tuesdays & Thursdays 2-3:30 pm. Hours listed are not the pantry hours they are the office hours.

I was sent home with enough food for five people that was all due to be eaten the day of my pickup or within a couple days. Meat, cheese and bread was moldy and bad within 2 days. Normally I would rate higher but I was very displeased with the food given to me this last time. They should know better than to give out food, much less so much, for so many people (for the month even). Was very dissatisfied with this and discouraged. This is meant to help people, not get their hopes up for "help" to have to go home and throw out bad food that they didn't bother to, and rushed out the door, to put on the persons in need.

If you need groceries, each household can get groceries once a month, also they can help Miami county residents with utilities if you have a disconnect notice/warning, and may be able to assist with rent.During covid they are offering drive through pickup service, call them to receive details. They also work with community service credit hours for college classes that require volunteer hours.

I feel so blessed to have been able to go to the New Path organization for needed furniture and household items. They were so giving and non judgemental. Great Food Bank, for one person, I usually get enough food to last two to three weeks.

I don't have problems there the people are very nice and the food can range from being decent to low depends on when you go.
