“I went on line to see if they had a unit available in the size I needed. For the date that I wanted to start renting, I left that days date, which was Saturday, July 13. I didn't think any one would see the request until Monday when they opened again. I little bit later I was amazed to see that I had a missed call and a voice mail message from Anna at Best Storage calling to ask if I really needed the unit that night. If so, they would have someone come and meet me at the office! Wow! i never expected that. Since I had missed the call, she left me a number to call back. THAT is customer service. I would recommend Best Storage in Tipp City to anyone. Thank you, Anna, and Best Storage for providing superior service to your customers!!”
