The only good thing about this place is that you can sleep outside, it doesn't have a bathroom and you have to be very patient for the appointment!!!

Kind of ridiculous that when there’s no one in the bay unloading, they still won’t unload you simply because you’re outside of the 1 hour window.

well.., I don't know.., maybe it's not so bad, the broker says we don't have an appointment, come any time of the day, before 4 pm... arrived at 12:20, they say you have an appointment for 9 am, you're late. ., go solve this issue somehow, then they called and remade the appointment at 1:00 in the afternoon, although the broker said we work with them all the time, we don’t have appointments.., Something like this ...

Worst recieving department in the industry. Open dock in 2 for 48 minutes. Had to wait on dock 3 because of the big ego in the receiving office. 2 skid off loaded in 3 minutes. No way to treat LTL. Couldn't give less than one star.

I was loaded by Dylan and Daniel ( believe thats their name) after 8pm on 11/22/2022. These two people made everything possible to get me loaded searching for lumber and coil racks that I was missing. Big Kudos to those workers!!!

If you hope to show up and see what happens and maybe check-in early we'll your SOL you have to put in your appointment number on a tablet the guys won't even try to work with you. So don't show up earlier then a hour before your appointment

Don’t show up early. Can only check in an hour early of appointment. I literally have ONE thing to unload and they have two out of 3 doors available. This place is trash. avoid this place if you don’t want to waste time.

Apparently they go by appointments only if you don’t have an appointment number you won’t get in. Wasn’t told by my dispatch what time my appointment was got here at 9 AM they told me my appointment was for 4 o’clock with no chance of getting in early. Been sitting here 30 minutes watching the three doors they do have available to load out of with a dry van and there is not one truck here in the door or waiting and the shipping clerks are absolutely the rudest people I have encountered in a while. And now they’re going to make me sit for eight hours to unload four pallets.
