On a job in Tipp City and fan quit blowing heat. Got cold quick, and had a 70 mile drive back home. Stopped here and Mike, and the young lady (I missed her name) hooked me right up with the correct part needed. Allowed me to fix it in the parking lot. Enjoyed a nice heated 1, 1/2 hour ride back to the Diggs. Great service, which is getting rare to find in parts stores.

High school boy that works there was incredibly rude, acted like we were wasting his time and lied to my face about having what I was there for. Will never go back to this particular store if this is the type of people that are employed there.

Our family was traveling back home to Michigan when we had unexpected car trouble. We were able to purchase a new part from the shop and then they loaned us their cart of tools so we could get the engine fixed and back on the road. The two young men working were kind and helpful and checked in on us to make sure everything was going ok. We appreciate the kindness and patience from the guys at this store!

Olive Garden is always great. The soups are tremendous. Every menu item is great. I even ordered a steak recently, and it was very good.Note that it is very rare that I will give any chain restaurant a high rating, but I think k Olive Garsen deserves this, because in my experience they are consistent with the same high quality food and service across the U.S.

Tailpipe partially broke off on interstate. This was the nearest parts store that I was hoping could help. This situation just added to my already stressful day and seriously increased my anxiety. Stopped in this store and Curtis and Trisha were there to help. Trisha lended an ear, gave tissues and a hug to a very stressed out me and Curtis happily removed the rest of my tailpipe so that I could make it 30 miles north. I didn’t buy anything but the above and beyond customer service is what did it for me. If I’m ever in the area and need parts, this is where I will go! Highly recommend!! Thank you both so much for easing my mind!!

We were headed home to Michigan on 6/24/22, from a week long vacation in Tennessee. Our alternator burned out 3/4 of a mile from the next exit, and we made it to the BP station on the corner. I thought I lost a belt, but it turned out to be the alternator. I happened to look between buildings and saw O'Reilly's from where we were standing. I needed a wrench to get the alternator off, so we walked down to O'Reilly's and talked to Bailey, the assistant manager. He figured out the size wrench I needed, I bought the wrench and went and took off the alternator and went back to the store. They didn't have the alternator I needed, so he sent William to another store to get what I needed. He even let me barrow a jump starter kit, and William gave us a ride back to our car with the new alternator. I was able to swap the alternator, jump start the car, and bring back the jumper kit and be on our way. The whole thing took us 80 minutes from the time I rolled into the BP station, to the time we returned the jump starter and walked out of O'Reilly's to be on our way home. Hats off to Bailey and William for their help. They went above and beyond their call of duty. They were very nice and helpful in what could have been a very stressful situation. Nothing could have worked out better for us, and it was all because of them. Bailey could have said " nope, I won't have one until tomorrow!", but instead, he made it happen, and saved us a lot of time and money. We need more people in this world like them!

Good parts, good prices. May play a bit more than some of the other carparts store but the quality seems better.
