I am a satisfied owner of several brands (John Deere, Ferris, and Stihl) that Koenig Equipment Tipp City offers. However, the primary reason I do business with Koenig is the quality of their service. They make every effort to respond to my service needs promptly, and I am particularly appreciative of the mobile service they offer. My experience with Koenig has been very good!

I have purchased two John deere lawn tractors from Koenig Tipp city location.
They have a great sales staff and their parts department always goes above and beyond making my experience great. I have little experience with the service department however they did install a snow blade on my X350 a few years ago and I have had no problems with it.
I can't say enough about there parts manager because of him I will never own anything but a John deere.

Koenig always does an excellent job servicing my lawn equipment. Most recently, they turned around a time sensitive belt replacement the next day.
