Ok so this place is larger than you’d think if you venture upstairs to the second and third floors. Individual artists have their particular wares in the rooms up there. It’s a super old building with wonky floors that are a serious trip hazard but it adds to the charm and I’m not suggesting it be modernized. You can spend an hour here just looking around and honestly I was overwhelmed with the variety of things they had for sale. If you like farmhouse style, chunky pottery with a 90’s vibe and women’s clothing that lets everyone know you’re a farm girl at heart living in suburbia, this place is for you! Out of the thousands of pieces within, I only found one item to purchase. Prices were not very cheap for pottery but it wasn’t crazy expensive either. Antiques were outrageously expensive. The cashier wasn’t very friendly and the vibe was very Trumpy, Americana, homophobic. This totally checks out for the Tipp City, Miami County vibe in general. In general, avoid.

This is a great place to spend some time just browsing and looking at all the pieces. Room after room of art, pottery, jewelry, candles, clothes, cups and on & on. Take your time and enjoy all that it has to offer.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this shop! It's jam packed with one of a kind pieces and I was told that if you can't find a pottery piece in the color you want, the artist will make it for you! Such a lovely place to shop!!

The Short answer is, "this place is amazing." Dozens of rooms of different artists selling anything across the spectrum. The long answer is, "This place is an institution in Tipp City." For decades they have supported local artists in their sales, and performances. They host all sorts of musicians to play in and outside of the facility. They are incredibly nice people out to do as much good as they can in the community.
