I would give zero stars if I could. Cashier Melissa (and I believe manager also) was extremely rude and unprofessional. We were using coupons and when we asked about pricing discrepancies, she was not willing to assist us in getting our coupons to work. It's my right as a consumer to save money where I can, and it shouldn't be her decision whether I can use them or not at this store. If Melissa is going to be on the front lines dealing with consumers, she definitely needs more training. I hope the management takes note and addresses this issue, as customer service is crucial in retail. We will not be back and I will make sure that none of my friends or family members do either.

This location is awful. They often refuse to prepare online orders and simply cancel them. They always claim they never have things in stock when it says that they have multiple available online.

One of the nicer dollar generals around. I did have some issues with coupons coming off but the girl did everything she could to make it right, I guess after they have been scanned and they go out of the screen for any reason, the discounts go away and they can't rescan is what I was told. So it wasn't even her fault. She was super nice and tried hard to fix it.

Not happy. My son stopped to get muffin liners. Said lady at register was rude to the elderly guy before him. Then their card machine wasn't working she acted like it was the card. Nope 600$ availability. Called me I said tell her to run manually and she refused...... its fine meijers got our business!!

Usually have a good experience here, but showed up at 8am when they’re supposed to open today but the doors were locked and no one was there. I stayed 10mins past 8 and still no one had arrived to open the store?

I always have good experiences here! The staff is really nice and helpful! Today a worker named Cassandra Smalls(?), I believe, helped me! And she was very kind. I am leaving a good review because of the positive interaction I had with her! Thank you guys for always being kind and helpful!

The store is really nice. But that doesn’t make up for what happened to me today. I was accused of stealing and they made me empty my pockets. The staff is usually nice but I will not be coming back. When I confronted the employee about it he said “I thought I seen something” the employees need to do their job better. Horrible experience today. Don’t come here cause you will just get accused of something

LOVED this storeWent to the grand opening. Would travel to this store instead of going to the dollar General beside my house. Spent hundreds of dollar is this store until TODAY. Checked out after spending OVER 100 dollars and blonde lady follows me and my son out accused my son of stealing. Never felt so low and disrespected in all my life. My son felt terrible. Just because they thought they seen something. LOST THIS 100 DOLLAR CUSTOMER
